RAINTREE COMMUNITY CHURCH - Key Persons
Cindy has been a member of Raintree since 2016. She joined the Raintree staff as Children's Administrator in June of 2022. She loves the Lord and she loves children, so what better way to serve than this! She desires to come alongside parents to disciple faithful followers of Christ in the next generation.
Cindy and her husband, Dennis, have raised and homeschooled seven children. They have been blessed with 15 wonderful grandchildren (so far). Her hobbies are helping others, traveling, and watching the birds outside of her kitchen window.
Dr. Stephen Conley arrived at Raintree in 2020 as Lead Pastor. Stephen has a passion to preach the Word, establish a culture of discipleship, foster biblical soul care, and point the church to live on Gospel mission. In addition to a Bachelor's and Master of Divinity Degrees, he received a doctorate from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019.
Stephen is married to Shannon and they have three children. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys running, reading, watching sports, and spending time with his family.
Drew has a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Biblical Studies from Calvary University. Drew and his wife Edith have attended Raintree since 2007. He joined Raintree's staff as the Youth Director in August 2020. He has a passion to come alongside the youth families and point each student to Christ and His Word. They have two children and enjoy spending time together as a family.
Lori has been the Administrative Assistant at Raintree since September 2020.
Matthew and his wife Sarah joined the church in 2016. They have three children. He has a Bachelors of Science degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Environmental Science; Natural Resources and Conservation. He currently works at Bayer Crop Science.

Robin has been attending Raintree since the beginning. She's been part of the Parent's Day Out program since it started in 2006, and has been the director since 2010. While there are so many details that go into organizing Parent's Day Out, she especially enjoys just being around all the wonderful teachers, children, and their families.
