Obviously I am extremely proud of the Redevelopment Authority's accomplishments over the past 60+ years, highlighted by the investment of over $51.2 million in funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program to support over 650 infrastructure improvement projects. Our housing programs are another highlight, fostering the investment of over $28 million to assist over 10,500 households. We have also had success with implementation of special projects and initiatives, including the development of the 270-acre Fayette County Business Park, which has leveraged substantial public and private resources to create quality professional and retail economic development opportunities...
