Alyssa Thomas is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing the Portfolio Management Department. Her responsibilities include the ongoing monitoring of Red Stone's portfolio, annual tax and accounting review of lower and upper tier projections, and investor reporting. Alyssa has 17 years of LIHTC experience, and prior to joining Red Stone in 2011, spent 8 years at Cohn Reznick where she was responsible for the oversight of numerous audit and tax engagements for low income housing tax credit developers, syndicators and investors. Alyssa Thomas graduated summa cum laude, with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bob Fein - COO

Bob Fein is Principal and Chief Operating Officer for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC and assists Mr. McClelland and Mr. Sfreddo with the day-to-day operations of Red Stone Equity Partners' investment activity. Bob works closely with outside counsel in overseeing the acquisition of LIHTC projects, is directly involved in all investor closings, and actively participates in various facets of asset management. Bob has over 33 years of real estate experience and 26 years of LIHTC syndication experience and has participated in the acquisition and syndication of approximately $8 billion of tax credit equity. Prior to joining Red Stone, Bob served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a national tax-credit syndication firm and prior to that, Bob practiced law for over 12 years and was a partner with Kahn Kleinman. Bob is an active panelist at tax credit conferences and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association and is the immediate past Chair of the NHRA. Bob is a member of the Board of the Illinois Housing Council. Bob also participates with the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing.

Brian Fishback

Brian Fishback is Director of Credit for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for reviewing financial models, legal documents and supporting due diligence prior to closing all tax credit investments; as well as assisting Acquisitions teams with deal structuring issues. Brian has 11 years of LIHTC experience and, prior to joining Red Stone in 2015, spent 6 years at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski, LLC ("DOZ") where he was responsible for the oversight of numerous audit and tax engagements for LIHTC developers, syndicators, and investors. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology Management and Supply Chain Management from the University of Indianapolis. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA.

Charlotte Banghart - Managing Director

Charlotte Banghart is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing the Portfolio Management Department and the ongoing monitoring and reporting of activities for Red Stone's portfolio of properties. Charlotte has 20 years of experience in real estate investment, including 17 years of LIHTC-specific experience. Before joining Red Stone, Charlotte was in the Special Assets and Dispositions Group of Boston Capital in Boston, MA. Prior to Boston Capital, Charlotte was a Project and Relations Manager for a historic tax credit and community development consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic. Charlotte is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH.

Chris Murray - Managing Director

Chris Murray is Managing Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, financial underwriting, partnership structuring, and syndication of affordable housing and historic tax credit investments. Chris has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC syndication and has been responsible for the origination and structuring of over $2.2 billion in tax credit investments nationwide. Chris has worked with both non-profit and for-profit development firms and has structured a variety of different transactions, including: new construction and rehabilitation/adaptive re-use projects, HOPE VI, Section 236, RAD, mixed-income, mixed-use, special needs and projects utilizing historic, state and solar tax credits. Prior to joining Red Stone, Chris spent two years at a national tax credit syndicator, where he played an integral role in structuring and closing over $100 million in LIHTC investments throughout the United States. Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He is a current member of NYSAFAH, the New York Housing Conference, MAHC, HAND and VHC.

Darren Swanson - Managing Director

Darren Swanson is the Managing Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, financial underwriting, partnership structuring, and syndication of tax credit investments for the southeastern region. Darren has 15 years of combined experience in LIHTC syndication, real estate lending, and investing for developers of affordable housing. Experience includes new construction and rehabilitation / adaptive re-use developments utilizing a variety of programs including federal 4% and 9% low income housing tax credits, state housing tax credits, historic tax credits, HOME, Housing Trust Funds, FHLB AHP, USDA 515, HUD 223(f), 221(d)4, Freddie TEL, RAD, HAP mark to market and project-based housing vouchers. Prior to joining Red Stone, Darren was a Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of America where he provided developers of affordable housing with a variety of real estate secured loans totaling over $400 million, tax credit equity investments in excess of $250 million and other bank products and services. Darren began his career as a commercial real estate lender in New York City, closing $1.5 billion of debt financing during this period. Darren is actively involved in civic and industry organizations, and serves on an advisory board of Charlotte-based non-profit, The Housing Partnership, after eight years as a member of its Board, including serving as Chairman. Darren received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a pre-med concentration, from Appalachian State University and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Eric McClelland - CEO, Chairman

Eric McClelland is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where he has overall responsibility for the firm's strategic planning, corporate development, acquisition and investment activities. Eric has 22 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC syndication and has participated in the acquisition and syndication of approximately $8 billion of tax credit equity for numerous institutional clients. Prior to founding Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, Eric served as Director of Investor Equity and as Director of Acquisitions at a national tax credit syndication firm. His syndication experience includes proprietary, regional, guaranteed, and national fund placements; and his acquisitions experience includes LIHTC, mixed-income, historic, state credit and variable rate debt transactions. Mr. McClelland is a member of the Tax Credit Coalition, the Housing Advisory Group, Urban Land Institute ("ULI") Affordable and Workforce Housing Council, the Affordable Housing Developers Council, the National Housing Conference and is also active with the National Housing and Rehabilitation Association ("NHRA"). Eric is a regular speaker at both national and state housing/real estate conferences.

Kevin Welsh

Kevin Welsh is Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, partnership structuring, and syndication of affordable housing tax credit investments. Kevin has over 15 years of LIHTC investment experience including direct, proprietary and multi-investor executions and has participated in the acquisition of over $1.6 billion in tax credit investments nationwide. Prior to joining Red Stone, Kevin spent 10+ years at Wells Fargo where graduated from the Bank's Credit Management Training Program. Lauren Henry

Matt Grosz - Managing Director

Prior to joining Red Stone, Matt operated as an executive for a Southern California based affordable housing developer, contractor and owner.

Michael Murphy

Michael Murphy is Director of Investor Relations for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for assisting in the origination and syndication of tax credit investments to institutional clients. Michael has 18 years of Real Estate experience and 15 years of experience in LIHTC syndication and real estate investment management and has participated in the origination/syndication of over $3 billion in tax credit investments. Prior to joining Red Stone, Michael held various positions in Asset Management and Acquisitions at the Richman Group, where he assisted in closing multi-investor funds, and the acquisition and syndication of tax credit investment properties. Prior to the Richman Group, Michael was an Auditor at Ernst & Young where he worked for various Real Estate and Construction companies. Michael is a graduate of Villanova University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy and Professional Consulting. Michael is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Wiggers - CFO

Michael Wiggers is Principal and Chief Financial Officer for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC. In addition to corporate finance and treasury, Mike's responsibilities include executive leadership for the Portfolio Management team, and certain operational matters, such as human resources and information technology. Prior to joining Red Stone, Mike spent nine years with a national tax credit syndication firm where he held various positions, such as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Operations, and Director of Asset Management. Mike also worked in the Real Estate & Construction Group at large regional public accounting firm where he specialized in tax and accounting projects for low-income housing tax credit developers, syndicators and investors. Mike graduated with a BA in Accounting & Pre-Law from Ohio University and earned his CPA from Ohio thereafter. He is a member of the AICPA and Ohio Society of CPAs.

Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts is Principal and Chief Business Development Officer for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC assisting in the origination and management of developer relationships throughout the country and the development of new business strategies for the firm. Richard has extensive experience in affordable housing and urban market investments having worked in these areas for over 25 years. Prior to joining Red Stone, he worked in the government, for profit and nonprofit sectors including serving as the Commissioner of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, one of the largest allocators of Low Income Housing Tax Credits in the country. He was responsible for the investment of more than $1 billion into New York City's neighborhoods and the creation of over 30,000 units of affordable housing. He is also the founding Managing Director of the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group where he devised and led a creative strategy responsible for the establishment of the firm's community development investment platform. Roberts served as Senior Vice President of Government and Community of Relations at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He also served as Chairman of the Board of the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, the nation's largest public hospital system. Roberts is currently an adjunct professor in the Mount Sinai School of Public Health where he has taught a graduate school course on community health for the past several years. Richard is active on a number of civic, philanthropic and industry organizations and serves on the boards of Citizen's Housing and Planning Council (Chair), the New York State Association for Affordable Housing (Executive Vice Chair), The Community Preservation Corporation, Breaking Ground, CAMBA, Self Help and the Supportive Housing Network of New York. Richard holds both a BA and JD from Yale University.

Rob Vest - Chief Investment Officer

Terron Cox

Terron Cox is Director of Development Risk Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he oversees the construction underwriting group responsible for reviewing all affordable housing and historic tax credit investments. The Development Risk Management team works closely with developer and investor clients to evaluate the construction related risk of new, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse affordable housing projects across the country. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2018, Terron worked as an architect for more than a decade with a number of design firms in Chicago. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed use developments, both nationally and internationally. Terron is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he received a Master of Architecture with Tau Sigma Delta Honors.

Tracie Guild

Tracie Guild is a Director of Portfolio Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she leads a team within the Portfolio Management - Real Estate department. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2011, Tracie spent 15 years in property management with a focus on both LIHTC and market-rate assets, where she also served in leadership positions for a National Apartment Association affiliate. Tracie has a role on Red Stone's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee and holds certifications in DE&I, leadership, coaching, and employee well-being. She is a member of the Wellness Council of America, and is active in a number of volunteer capacities geared towards improving the lives of women and those challenged with homelessness.
