Our firm brings together years of general contractor field experience with extensive practice in construction consulting to assist in the management of construction loans. Joy Smith, a graduate of Texas A&M University's Construction Science program, founded the company to fulfill the needs of financial institutions in regard to real estate and construction lending.
Prior to joining Siegga Group, Joy worked for a national construction consulting firm where she provided services for lenders and other real estate clientele including construction cost analysis reviews, construction document reviews, regular site inspections of commercial and residential projects, and monthly construction progress reports including funding disbursement recommendations.
With more than twenty-five years in the construction and real estate industry, Matt has had the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a project. Managing projects from inception to completion for a wide spectrum of project types, has allowed Matt to progress into the leader he is today. This unique climb has given him an important perspective on how to be a servant leader to others and ensure the organization maintains a "relationship first" mentality.
