Adam Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg serves as Vice President of Construction where he is charged with oversight of all construction and development initiatives from entitlements through project completion. He has extensive experience with site and project due diligence, proposal response, estimating, scheduling, leading design efforts, detail design review, budgeting, permitting, contract negotiations, and project closeout. With three decades of industry experience, Mr. Goldberg contributes to a wealth of experience to Seefried. Over the course of his career, he has overseen cost estimating and management of more than 13 million square feet of space for notable companies including The Home Depot, Amazon, Whole Foods, Vistar, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Meadowbrook Farms. Before joining joining Seefried Properties, Mr. Goldberg held the position of Project Manager at ARCO Design/Build for 11 years. Prior to that, he served as a Project Manager at The Facility Group for eight years.

Barbara Bennett

Ben Ochoa

Mr. Ochoa serves as Development Manager for Seefried's Southern California Region. He is responsible for contract administration throughout the construction process including validation of change orders, project schedule and development budget adherence. Earlier in his real estate career, Mr. Ochoa acquired valuable experience as a Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager with Miller-Davis and Graycor Construction. These roles have been instrumental in strengthening his understanding of the various construction activities including schedule and validating costs. With just under 10 years in the industry, Mr. Ochoa has been involved in the development of approximately 10 million square feet of commercial real estate projects.

Beni Rich

Bryan Frarey

Mr. Frarey joined Seefried with over 25 years of experience in construction and development. As Vice President of Development, he is responsible for the overall management of all aspects of industrial development, including due diligence, entitlements and building construction oversight of build-to-suit and speculative developments throughout the Western Region of the U.S. Prior to joining Seefried in January 2022, Mr. Frarey worked at VEREIT, Inc./Cole Capital Group where he was responsible for the management, coordination, planning and implementation of all matters pertaining to development and construction of the companies' property portfolio.

Cameron Higdon

Mr. Higdon joined Seefried in November of 2021 and serves as Property Manager. He is responsible for managing operations and maintenance for industrial properties in the Atlanta metro area and Texas region for various ownership groups that partner with Seefried. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Higdon worked at Highwood Properties where he served as Property Manager of commercial assets.

Clay Thompson

As Development Manager, Mr. Thompson manages the due-diligence process, procurement, construction activities and tenant move-in for both build-to-suit and speculative developments throughout the Southeast. With a background in general contracting and construction management, Mr. Thompson has comprehensive experience in managing the design, entitlement and construction process unique to each development. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Thompson spent eight years with Holder Construction Company as a Project Manager where he managed Class A office and aviation projects throughout Atlanta.

Dan Bick - SVP

In 2016, Mr. Bick joined Seefried Properties and currently serves as Senior Vice President where he leads development efforts for the company's West region. He plays an integral role in all development phases, from site selection to construction management, actively driving business growth. With extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various real estate capacities, Mr. Bick brings deep expertise in project due diligence, design management, budgeting, permitting, contract negotiations, pre-construction planning, ground-up development, construction scheduling, and tenant improvements. During his tenure at Seefried, Mr. Bick has primarily focused on ground-up developments, catering to both build-to-suit and speculative properties for lease. Prior to joining Seefried, he spent five years at CW Driver Companies, concentrating on multi-family residential projects in downtown Los Angeles. Before that, he served as a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray Design Build for an additional three years

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Riefe was Senior Vice President and Investment Officer at Prologis where he led development and acquisitions throughout the state of Illinois. He was also the global account officer for Prologis' third largest customer in North America, Kraft Foods/Mondelez as well as Steelcase, Caterpillar and CAT Logistics.

Giselle Romero

Ms. Romero joined Seefried Properties in 2018 as one of Seefried's Development Service Coordinators. She is responsible for handling the coordination of the due diligence process for real estate acquisition, dispositions, financings, and capital raising. She also acts as a liaison between attorneys, brokers, lenders, investors, third-party vendors, escrow and title officers to ensure the accuracy of due diligence information needed to meet closing deadlines. During her 10-year experience in multi-family real estate, Ms. Romero has worked on projects ranging from 200-500 units per deal including one of the largest transactions for Freeman Webb, where she worked prior to joining Seefried.

Jason Quintel

Mr. Quintel joined Seefried Properties in August 2011 to establish Seefried's Western Region platform. As Senior Vice President, his efforts are focused on evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, managing due diligence initiatives, securing financing, leasing, and dispositions. Mr. Quintel has extensive and in-depth experience in all aspects of industrial real estate through more than 20 years engaged in property joint venture partnerships, project development, leasing, and finance. Throughout his career, Mr. Quintel has been responsible for the development and acquisition of over 35 million square feet of institutional-grade industrial assets valued in excess of $4 billion. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Quintel was Senior Vice President and Development Partner with Panattoni Development Company, where he led development and acquisitions in Northern California, Nevada, and Arizona. More recently, Mr. Quintel served as Managing Director of Volt Real Estate Services in Phoenix, AZ where he grew the office into a full-service real estate operation.

Jim Condon

During his time at Seefried, Mr. Condon has managed developments are large as $350 million in value.

Jimmy Ivancic

He has also provided program management services for a 560,000 square foot outlet mall estimated at $90 million and worked as an owner's representative for renovations on 10 historic buildings in downtown Savannah consisting of over 100,000 total square feet for retail, residential and office uses. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Brune practiced civil engineering for industrial, retail, healthcare and education clients throughout the Southeast. He has also spent time developing new stores for Secretariat International and CBRE.

Mr. Paul Seefried - SVP

Mr. Paul Seefried joined Seefried Properties in February 2011 as a Project Manager on the build-to-suit development team. He has been actively involved in the development of over 30 million square feet of industrial build-to-suit developments around the country, in particular, regional distribution centers for Amazon.com in Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida. He is now Senior Vice President of Development for the Florida market and is responsible for all aspects of development in the region. Mr. Seefried is actively involved in the business development and expansion of European institutional and private capital partners and is fluent in three languages including German and French. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Seefried spent three years working as a Development Analyst in the multifamily industry for the Lane Company, followed by three years of being a Commercial Broker in which he worked on a variety of real estate asset classes including: timberland, multifamily, retail, single-family residential and industrial land.

Natalie Penniman

Mrs. Penniman joined Seefried Properties in 2021 as one of Seefried's Development Service Coordinators. Mrs. Penniman is also responsible for project accounting and insurance compliance during construction through project completion. During her six-year career in multi-family real estate development, Mrs. Penniman was involved in the development of over 30, Class A, luxury multi-family projects spanning the Western United States totaling $3 billion in market value. Prior to joining Seefried, Mrs. Penniman was with The Wolff Company. While there, she was responsible for design development, construction drawing coordination, budget & schedule management, and delivery of common areas and units for each new construction multi-family project.

Reid Rossberger

Rob Rakusin - CEO, President

Mr. Rakusin serves as Seefried Properties' President and Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership with regard to the direction of the company as a co-creator of Seefried Properties beginning in 1993. His leadership for the past 25 years has helped Seefried Properties become one of the leading privately held national industrial development companies in the United States. Mr. Rakusin provides guidance and support to Seefried's regional offices and assists in the deal structure and financing activities of the company. He also assists the regional partners and is instrumental in maintaining key relationships with Seefried's U.S. capital partners and user/occupier relationships. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Rakusin served as Managing Director and Vice President of Development for Landmarks Development, GmbH, the German subsidiary of The Landmarks Group, where he was responsible for the development of office buildings and industrial parks in the Berlin market. Before that, he was the Vice President of Project Finance for The LandMark Group and worked for Carter & Associates from 1981-1988.

Rocio Soto

In October 2023, Rocio assumed the role of Assistant Property Manager, becoming an integral part of Seefried Properties. Scott Irwin

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Irwin spent 12 years with Prologis (AMB prior to the Prologis-AMB merger) working in multiple capital development capacities. Scott Schade

Shannon Kolesar

Additional duties include managing consultant agreements and insurance requirements, project accounting, review of due diligence reports, navigating title issues, and working with capital partners to ensure project funding. Prior to joining Seefried, Mrs. Kolesar worked for WeWork, focusing on acquiring new office locations across the Southeast. Before that, she worked for Lidl US, managing acquisitions and development to execute Lidl's retail expansion in Georgia.

While there, she was responsible for preparation and negotiation of subcontractor agreement, project invoicing, controls and closeout.

Susan March

Ms. March is Development Coordinator for the Midwest Region. She acts as a liaison between capital partners, tenants, attorneys and title officers throughout the land closing process. After land closing, Ms. March is responsible for project accounting and insurance compliance during project construction including development team support, contract management, and processing monthly draw requests. Upon project completion, she coordinates project close-out reports and property management turn-over. Ms. March originally joined Seefried in 2005 as property manager/administrator and then rejoined the firm in 2014 as Development Coordinator. Ms. March's property management background allows her to provide an owner's perspective to her role as Development Coordinator.

Teresa Barron

Mrs. Barron joined Seefried in 2014 and is the vibrant face of Seefried's Atlanta office. Mrs. Barron has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate and began her career as a Real Estate Coordinator at Suntory Water Group in Atlanta. Following her employment at Suntory, she worked as a Real Estate Coordinator for The Home Depot before accepting a position as a Political Assistant and Office Manager in their Spring Valley, NY office.

Mr. Maki joins Seefried with over six years of commercial construction experience, including both project management and estimating responsibilities and has been involved in over 4 million square feet of commercial product nearing $650 million in total project value. Prior to joining Seefried in April 2021, Mr. Maki was a Project Manager for JE Dunn Construction in Phoenix where he managed projects from preconstruction to project completion.
