It was out of the passion our employees have to make their communities a better place to live and work that the Sempra Employee Giving Network (SEGN) was born. It was quickly understood that there is strength in numbers, and that thousands of employees can make a real impact in our communities... Each of us has a different passion. Each of us has a different gift to give. Together, we are making a difference. As our communities are dealing with greater needs and less resources, our help is more important than ever... The Sempra Employee Giving Network (SEGN) is a 501(c)(3) public charity formed by and for employees of the Sempra Energy family of companies. Through this program, employees can make charitable contributions to the charities of their choice through one-time or ongoing payroll deductions.
