The South Downs Foot and Ankle Clinic was founded in 2011 by Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Mr Billy Jowett. The aim of the clinic is to provide the optimal care for all foot and ankle conditions. This involves assessment in the clinic, appropriate investigation (e.g. X-Ray, MRI Scan) and treatment via a number of modalities both non operative (e.g. orthotics (insoles), physiotherapy, lithotripsy) and operative (surgery)... This web site has information on the conditions treated as well as a number, but not all, of the surgical procedures undertaken.
