Mr. Shepard has over thirty years of design and construction experience in architecture, real estate development, construction, and project management environments. Mr. Shepard is a registered architect, a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed contractor. At the onset of his career, Mr. Shepard served as the principal of a design and build construction firm, where he was directly responsible for each aspect of the design and construction needs of a wide range of residential and commercial projects. He has extensive experience and knowledge of issues pertaining to design, acquisition and entitlement, cost estimation, project and construction management, and quality assurance analysis.
Throughout his career, Mr. Shepard has interacted with owners, developers, government officials, architects, engineers, and contractors. While practicing architecture and acting in the capacity of Project Architect for numerous Corps of Engineers projects, he gained extensive experience with the methodologies and procedures generally associated with governmental assignments. Additionally, his experience in the private sector has included numerous design projects for residential, commercial, sports and recreational facilities.
Over the past several years, Mr. Shepard has personally provided direct consulting services on numerous assignments located throughout the United States. Project assignments have included: multi-family, office buildings, retail and shopping centers, hospitality, and industrial buildings. Mr. Shepard is well versed in code and life safety issues as well as project costs and budgetary considerations. Mr. Shepard's construction management and compliance analysis experience has included the review of pre-construction project documentation, project re-imaging, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines and local building codes, the analysis of project costs, and the review of conformance and deferred maintenance issues.

Mr. Brown has over twenty year of experience evaluating building engineering systems including existing structures and projects in the construction and planning phases.
Mr. Brown is highly experienced in property condition assessment and the evaluation of deferred maintenance issues, particularly those issues pertaining to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Mr. Brown has performed property condition assessments for a wide range of residential and commercial property types including: office buildings, hotels and resorts, multi-family apartments, and retail centers. Additionally, Mr. Brown has extensive experience in commercial building systems, providing capabilities in the areas of systems analysis and deferred maintenance assessment, capitalized repairs determination, and alternative systems recommendation relative to building operating costs.
Mr. Brown is also experienced in providing construction management and consulting services to both private and institutional clients. His experience has included work for companies such as Principal Financial, Barnett Bank, SunTrust, Nations Bank, and other pension fund advisors, financial institutions, and private investors.
Ms. Shepard oversees all proposed and active company projects, monitoring and tailoring project schedules to the individual needs of each client and SCGI team member. Additionally, she provides unmatched interior consulting services with regards to materials and finishes, capital planning and cost projection analysis, and Property Condition Assessment. She has gained invaluable experience in project timeline and completion projection and the assembly of fitting subcontractors and field technical specialists.
The foundation of Ms. Shepard's A&E consulting career began with a passion for historic preservation and commercial real estate. At Shepard Consulting Group, Inc., Ms. Shepard is responsible for reviewing all project proposals, assessment reports, and peer review documentation presenting various issues including: site review, destructive testing, cost estimation of deferred maintenance concerns, and code non-compliance issues.

Mr. Woodall has over thirty years of experience in architectural design, engineering, and construction management. He began his replete career in residential and commercial architectural design where he developed a sound comprehension of building systems and construction processing.
Acting as a lead project manager, Mr. Woodall has been directly responsible for the design and construction assessment of numerous large-scale commercial projects including such properties as: multi-family, office buildings, retail and shopping centers, hospitality, and industrial buildings. Additionally, Mr. Woodall has extensive experience and knowledge of issues pertaining to design, building systems, cost estimation, project and construction management as well as quality assurance analysis.

Mr. Boswell has over twenty years of experience in evaluating building engineering systems. He began his career with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation as a Facility Engineer in Long Beach, California and subsequently returned to Georgia. While working with major corporations in the Atlanta area, including Dittler Brothers, Proctor & Gamble, and Sony, Mr. Boswell gained extensive knowledge related to building mechanical systems and was fully responsible for facilities management for these employers.
As a project manager on numerous facility renovation projects, Mr. Boswell was responsible for the design, cost estimation, equipment upgrade analysis as well as replacement of mechanical equipment components at the various facilities under his control. Additionally, he directed the design of energy efficient systems for integrated building efficiency as well as training staff in the proper operation of systems and establishing maintenance programs.

Mr. Eifert has over twenty years of experience working with architectural and engineering firms throughout the Greater Atlanta Area. During his career he has gained a vast wealth of knowledge related to property acquisition, site condition assessment and observation, and the marketing and sale of properties.
Mr. Eifert began his career in the real estate industry and later worked for several years as a design & build contractor for both residential and commercial projects. In this capacity, he was responsible for the design, cost estimation, and construction management of numerous properties as well as the head of client interface.
Mr. Eifert has extensive experience and knowledge of the project permitting process, inspections coordination, project closeout, and occupancy. Additionally, Mr. Eifert has a comprehensive understanding and passion for interior and exterior paint coating systems and wood framing construction.
