Jaime has several years of experience in land use and site planning, development codes, and engaging multidisciplinary teams. At ARGUS Investment Realty and Sedberry & Associates, she focuses on project management and team communication, land use and site planning, and financial structuring. Prior to this position, Ms. Jaramillo worked as a land use planner for two private sector firms on projects throughout New Mexico, California, and Texas. Representative projects include several comprehensive plans, master plans, metropolitan redevelopment area plans, and urban infill projects throughout New Mexico. She is a member of the New Mexico Chapter of the American Planning Association.
John formed Sedberry & Associates in 1994. The firm specializes in commercial retail real estate including brokerage, tenant representation, landlord representation, investments, development, asset management and construction management. Since its inception, the firm has been awarded the national affiliation with Chain Links Advisors based upon activity within the retail specialty and successfully leased well-known Albuquerque retail centers such as ABQ Uptown, Nob Hill Shopping Center, Plaza Cottonwood, Pavilions at San Mateo, and Cottonwood Corners Phase III.

Norm Ullemeyer is the Director of Asset Management Solutions, a division of Sedberry & Associates. With over twenty-five years of experience, managing local and institutional owners of shopping centers, high-rise and low-rise office, industrial parks, and multifamily. Norm oversees all aspects of Asset Management including accounting, property management, construction management, and tenant coordination. In addition, Norm oversees and directs the six project engineers who assist in the management of over 2 million square feet.
