Houston began his career in Real Estate in commercial insurance appraisal and loss claims in 2004. He has a degree in Business Administration from Mount Washington College in New Hampshire. At the The S.F. Waranch Company, Houston oversees all aspects of Property Management. He is married and has 11 years old son. He enjoys professionally cooking, travelling with family.

Irina Dimov is the senior accountant and comptroller for the S.F. Waranch Company, an established full service commercial real estate firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. She has been integral to the Company since its inception, responsible for overseeing all accounting functions and interfacing with property owners, financial institutions and tenants. In addition, Dimov assists property managers and brokers.
Her wealth of accounting knowledge prepared her for this position. Dimov was account specialist at B&J Accessories and assistant accountant at Ameritrust, both in Dallas and she was the senior accountant at Tashkent State University in Tashkent, Russia.
Education: Dimov received a Bachelor of Accounting degree and a Masters of Theatrical Arts from Tashkent State University in Tashkent, Russia.
Jeff Lewin heads up our team of Brokers. Jeff started in commercial real estate as a Commercial Advisor and was then named Assistant Vice President, while working with local real estate brokerages, where he gained valuable experience, performed market research and execution of deals, and cultivated lasting relationships throughout the industry. Born and raised in Dallas, and a graduate of Plano West Senior High School, Jeff is a second-generation Texan who uses his knowledge of the market to focus on securing landlord and tenant representation opportunities within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2011 where he was a forward on the school's ice hockey team. He continues his passion for the sport as he is the Head Coach of the Highland Park Scots High School hockey team. In his free time, Jeff likes to spend time in the kitchen and go on runs with his rescue dog.

Mallory Migl is an Associate at The S.F. Waranch Company for the summer of 2023. Stephanie is an experience real estate professional with seven years working in real estate. She started her career in the financial sector and migrated to the brokerage side. She has been actively involved in a broad range of real estate, such as finance, retail, office, industrial, tenant representation, leasing and sales. Stephanie graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Dallas. In her free time she enjoys travel, cooking and spending time with loved ones.

Stephen is the CFO of The S.F. Waranch Company. Borned and raised in the small town of Clinton, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science in sport management from SUNY. He obtained a MBA from Western Govenor's University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogx, playing golf and traveling.
