Alexander Sazdov has graduated in 2002 at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria and since 2002 he is a member of Sofia Bar Association. In 2005 he become founder and since far he is managing partner of Sazdov & Petrov Law Firm.
Alexander has a large background in the Corporate and M&A law. He is experienced in the field of commercial negotiation and litigation. He always search for result oriented approach and he has been invited and permanently trusted to participate in the management and council boards of different corporate entities.

Blagovest Petrov has graduated in1997at the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Sofia, Bulgaria. He was in-house lawyer in Bulgarian National revenue Agency. In 2003 he become member of Sofia Bar Association. In 2005 he become founder and managing partner of Sazdov & Petrov Law Firm.
Blagovest has a large background in Tax and Corporate legal field. He is very experienced in the field of tax advisory and litigation. He has profound understanding for the business needs of the clients and pursue the most practical and prudent solution.

Elif Halil graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in 2018 and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since then. She has been part of the Sazdov and Petrov law firm team since 2016, initially as an intern, later as a legal consultant and attorney at law.
Elif has experience in the field of corporate law and anti-money laundering measures, specializing in the field of corporate and commercial law, labor law, real estate and legal representation. She has experience in real estate transactions and special pledge contracts.
