Sanjeev Sahgal has close to 20 years of diverse experience in various industries and business functions. He started as an entrepreneur and then worked with organizations like Motorola and HCL as part of their sales teams before joining the outsourcing industry. He worked with GE / Gen pact for 8 years with roles panning across operations, six-sigma, Business HR and Global C&B. He worked with Lehman Brothers before joining Target Corporation in India as their Senior Group Manager, Human Resources, where he heads the Strategy and Operations teams. Sanjeev is a MBA in Marketing from JNTU, Hyderabad and has also done his Executive MBA in HR from XLRI.
Sanjeev is passionate about furthering the development of HR function through sharing and learning. He is associated as a speaker with various organizations like AIMA, DMA, Kenexa and IQPC and has delivered sessions in India and Singapore.
