SWEETWATER POOLS - Key Persons
Chris has been with Sweetwater Pools since 2011. He is responsible of quality control over commercial pools for our Westside Region.

Dan has been with Sweetwater Pools since 1992. He is certified in Tech 1 and Tech 2, which are NSPI service technician certifications. Dan has over 60 hours of classroom education from various manufacturers and suppliers covering topics such as water chemistry, plumbing, and pool heaters.
Darlene has been with Sweetwater Pools since 2000. She started her career with Sweetwater Pools as a lifeguard at the age fifteen and she now oversees all office staff, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and management bids and contracts.

Derek has been with Sweetwater Pools since 1995. He is a certified Lifeguard Instructor (ARC), CPR/First Aid Instructor (ARC), and Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Derek is active in TPPC and is Team Captain of our American Red Cross Lifeguard Competition teams. Derek oversees all community and country club facilities staffed with lifeguards.
Jim is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Meyerland and Memorial areas. He got his first taste of the swimming pool business at the age of 15 as a lifeguard. He was hooked… He returned each summer during high school and college working for the company as lifeguard, Head Lifeguard, Area supervisor, Director of Operations, and upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he bought in as an equal partner with Bill Bownds and Stan Sullivan.

Michael has been with Sweetwater Pools since 2005. He is the leader for the company's commercial repairs department. He oversees the repairs, installations and upkeep of equipment at all facilities.
Nat has been in the aquatics industry since 1987 and has worked for Sweetwater Pools since 1990. He is a certified Aquatics Facility Operator (National Recreation and Parks Association), Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Lifeguard Instructor (American Red Cross), and CPR/First Aid Instructor (American Red Cross). Nat oversees our indoor maintenance division and leads our commercial pool repair and renovation division.
Stephen has been with Sweetwater Pools since 2011. He is responsible of quality control over commercial pools for our Eastside Region.
