TARTINE ARTISANAL

We consider Tartine Artisinal to be a family business and we use sauces and spice combinations from family recipes; things like our Chemoula sauce (harissa chilli, lemon and ginger flavoured) for the chicken or our Samurai sauce (a mayonnaise based cheese and harissa chilli sauce) which we serve in our wraps. We're careful with sourcing quality products and try to do this locally, as much as possible but we do source some ingredients from France. The occasional sweet is ordered locally. Our coffee is an Italian brand but the famous Algerian store in Soho supplies all of our teas - their peppermint and green teas are popular here... We have a wonderful team of people working here and really nice regular customers, based on a great service delivery. We make our produce in an artisan style; fresh, hand made, great tasting, quality food.
