Blake Snider Bus

Blake Snider Bus. Dev. Manager Blake started his career in the SAP arena in 2016. He enjoys meeting with clients and understanding their industry and how they are using SAP to improve the business processes at their company. Blake played football at UTEP and later at Texas Tech representing them in the Holiday Bowl. Blake was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and grew up in the Houston and Dallas areas. Outside of the office, he enjoys umpiring youth baseball, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Blake started his career in the SAP arena in 2016. He enjoys meeting with clients and understanding their industry and how they are using SAP to improve the business processes at their company. Hunter is excited to be a part of the SAP Industry and getting to know clients and assisting them. He looks forward to helping his clients be successful and achieving their goals. Prior to joining the team at Titan Consulting, Hunter owned a pool business and coached multiple sports.

Chris Benson

Chris has been designing and developing SAP solutions since 1996. His expertise spans Mobility, Sales Process Innovation, Enterprise Architecture, eCommerce, Sales & Distribution, as well as ABAP and he is certified in several SAP modules. His non-work interests include family, golf and running the charity iPads4Autism.net.

Chrissie Wootton

Chrissie is the CRO, "Chief Relationship Officer," of Titan Consulting! She brings over twenty-two years of SAP human-resource experience and a global network of consultants and clients, to help her find just the right resource for all levels of project and team support. Chrissie began working with SAP consultants in 1994 at PAR, Inc., where she was responsible for technical and general staff recruitment. Later, Chrissie was Director of Professional Development at Capgemini, focusing on bringing international consultant expertise to a global set of SAP project requirements. She has been a passionate supporter of responsible recruiting across the industry with a focus on equitable hiring and responsive employment practices. Consultants that have worked with her can attest to her commitment to their well being, and the Titan sales team can vouch for her unyielding pursuit of excellence in all we do. Her honesty, integrity, creativity, and tenacity, as well as a commitment to quality, ensure an outstanding match for the candidate and the client. Chrissie is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, so don't be surprised if she greets you with an enthusiastic "Howdy!" or signs off her email with a thumbs up, "Gig'Em!" Chrissie's abundant energy matches well with her role at Titan as well as her personal life. When not talking to consultants or candidates, she enjoys golf, travel, watching college and professional football and spending time with her husband Chad and Mia, the family boxer.

Hunter Wood Bus

After high school Hunter played college baseball at a junior college before transferring to Ole Miss and then graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science. Hunter was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Away from work, he enjoys watching sports, hunting, and playing golf along with spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer Caddell

After being a stay-at-home mom for many years, Jennifer joined the Titan team as the event coordinator. Focusing mostly on coordinating tradeshows and seminars, Jennifer also handles special events for Titan. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelly, and their two boys. The Caddell family is actively involved in the youth ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church. Whether serving on the PTA Board or volunteering at each of her boy's schools, Jennifer enjoys being a part of the community and being involved with many activities that her boys are involved in. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University in 1991.

Keith Johnson

Keith started his SAP career with SAP in 1996 first as an FI consultant, quickly moving into SAPScript where he handled new development and ongoing support for many SAP customers. In 2002, Keith moved into SAP Business Warehouse and consulted in that area for 17 years prior to joining Titan to continue his career in the mobile and UX arena. Keith received his Bachelor's degree from East Texas State University in Commerce, TX, and Master's degree from Amber University in Dallas, TX. Outside of being born in New Orleans, LA, he has spent his entire life in Texas. He enjoys the outdoors, participating in running and triathlon events each year. Keith is married to Stacey and they have two children, Brad and Sydney, daughter-in-law Kelli, and a handsome grandson Callaway born in 2018.

Kent Lamb

As COO and CIO, Kent focuses on Sales Management, Technology Infrastructure, and development of our consulting practice. Kent began working with SAP in 1995 as a Business Analyst at Compaq Computers in Houston. In 1996, he joined SAP America, where he served as a Logistics Consultant, Consulting Manager, and finally as a Director of Field Services for the Retail, AFS and CPG Sector. Kent has worked with many different applications of the SAP product, and has configuration experience in MM, WM, PP, PP/PI, QM, workflow and ABAP. Prior to Kent's SAP experience, he worked for Continental/General Tire. During his tenure, he served as a Production Control Analyst, Industrial Engineer, and System Analyst for manufacturing systems. Kent received his BS-CIS from Murray State University in 1990, but claims University of Kentucky during basketball season. Kent is an avid golfer, outdoors' man, and sports enthusiast. When he is not in the office, you can usually find him on a golf course, in a hunting blind, or at a sporting event. He and his wife, Margaret, are fairly new grandparents and are enjoying being able to spoil the grandchildren, but send them home at the end of the day. With both of their children Joseph and Katie married, they are enjoying spending more time traveling together.

Kevin Kirkland

Kevin is a Senior Recruiter at Titan Consulting. Kevin started in the staffing business in 2001 doing general IT sales and recruiting. He later became an on-site vendor manager for a technologies company and got his first exposure to SAP. Kevin continued in sales and recruiting in the ERP space until joining Titan in 2005 and specializing solely in SAP. Kevin received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. Kevin was born and raised in Wichita Falls, TX. He is an Eagle Scout and was an assistant scout master of his troop prior to college. He loves the outdoors and his hobbies include fly fishing, snow skiing, and hunting. Kevin was also a competitive powerlifter and holds multiple state records and an elite total. Kevin and his wife Mancy had a baby boy named Carter in November of 2013. Most of Kevin's hobbies have been put on hold so he can chase and entertain his two year old son.

Mindy Bandiera

At Titan, Mindy focuses on accounting and other administrative duties. She graduated with a BA from the University of Dallas and began her career in banking. She worked at EDS for several years doing system training. In addition to working at Titan, Mindy is a full-time mother of twin boys. When the opportunity arises, Mindy loves to travel with her husband and sons to the beach.

Warren Norris - CEO

As the Managing Partner at Titan, Warren wears many hats, including CEO, CFO, and Sales Management. Warren started working with SAP in 1993 as a consultant. He developed much of his expertise working for SAP America from 1993-98, where he served as a consultant, project manager, and finally as VP Field Services Central Region. His first client, Micrografx, was the first client live on R/3 Logistics in the US - that was release 2.0. He has worked in many areas of the SAP product and has configuration experience in FI, CO, MM, SD, and ABAP. Prior to SAP, Warren was a software developer working on sales, purchasing, and warehouse applications. Warren received his BS-MIS/Accounting from University of North Texas and his Executive MBA from SMU. When not at work, Warren and his wife Jill spend most of their spare time with their two younger boys who attend Legacy Christian Academy either watching them play sports or coaching them. Their oldest son attends Hendrix College in Conway, AR where he is double majoring in Computer Science and Religious Studies.
