TSAHC

TSAHC is a self-supporting, nonprofit organization. Although legislatively created, TSAHC receives no State appropriated funding but is subject to significant State oversight. TSAHC Board of Directors is appointed by the Governor and TSAHC's bond issuances are subject to debt issuance review and approval by the Texas Bond Review Board and the Texas Attorney General's office, and the corporate financials are subject to audit by the State Auditor. TSAHC is also subject to the Texas Sunset Act and will undergo a Sunset Review in 2029...
