· In 1997-1998, UCC was engaged by a Spanish wind turbine manufacturer to provide management consulting service for undergoing investment project in Luoyang, China with a local partner. As the Spanish client had some doubt about the market demand and prospects of manufacturing and marketing the equipment in China and its partner's capacity to work with, we had conducted detailed studies of the market and investigation of the local partner, concluding that its large capacity wind turbines with latest design technology and process are greatly needed in the Chinese market and the market demand remains in short of supply in the long run. Its local partner has experience in cooperating with overseas partner.
