Crystal is a Birmingham native with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Alabama. Crystal developed a passion for space planning as a young girl, coloring elaborate tree house layouts on her bedroom floor. Since that time, Crystal has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the design/build world. Crystal has a well-earned reputation for creative problem solving and attention to detail. She says, "Each project presents a new opportunity for ingenuity. Whether working within the confines of an existing home or designing a new one, I love the challenge of collecting ideas from our clients and collaborating as a team to merge them into one, thoughtful solution."
Danielle Robin is originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and has spent the last 10 years living in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining the Twin family, she graduated from Harrington College of Design with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and worked as an Interior Designer at Environs Development with a concentration in high-end residential design.
This focus and range of clientele has helped Danielle to develop her professional, always positive, attitude and style. While her portfolio has proven to be versatile, she excels in listening to her clients and incorporating current trends to ensure the space is appealing to the masses.
Laurie grew up in Montgomery, AL and moved to Birmingham after graduating from Auburn University. She loves the process of working with the Twin Team and clients from the beginning to the end and designing a home that fits each client's needs and personality. While she loves light and airy design, her favorite aspects of interior design are creating moody and dramatic spaces that include a variety of textures. Laurie enjoys the relationships she forms with her clients and has worked with clients in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and California.
A Birmingham native, Lydia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Samford University. Upon graduation, Lydia worked for a residential developer as a plan designer before moving to a local architecture and interior design firm as an interior designer. Lydia is a registered Interior Designer with the state of Alabama and NCIDQ certified. With a passion for interior architecture, Lydia enjoys building relationships with her clients, striving to create homes for them that are both beautiful and functional.
Stuart is a West Tennessee native who attended Auburn University for Building Science. After college, he and his wife, Noelle, moved to Birmingham in 2004 to make it their home and start their careers. Spurred by the recession of 2008 and two young boys, Stuart went back to school at night to get his Associate Degree in Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Following graduation in 2011, Stuart has devoted the past 12 years to Residential Design which has combined his passions for Construction, Design, and Drafting.
He loves to take the wants and needs of clients and be able to translate them into creative design solutions and homes that their families will love for years to come. Using his 20+ years of knowledge in construction and using 3D modeling techniques, he can give customers a realistic idea of their homes and troubleshoot problems before construction.
