From setting up networks to building computers, I've always been a big hardware guy and have basically been a one man IT department for quite a while in previous positions. With Ultrux I've been able to take that a step further and do custom systems integration on a whole new level. Touchscreen drivers, screensavers, remote management, remote support, tablet support and portable event systems, I've had a hand in them all. Having the birds eye view of the entire system and my own programming and database experience also helps me act as a second set of eyes on complex programming problems. In the field, this has let me generate custom reports for users that we now include in our software. What does a point of sale system not do yet or do right?
