USpack, Inc., was founded in 1978, to supply industrial accounts with self-adhesive tape, also known as pressure sensitive tape. In 1981, the company began expanding its customer base to include retail customers, which included picture framers... It was in 2003, that USpack began selling Cellotec branded products and have found that after meticulously interviewing and customer testing, the quality of the Cellotec brand is excellent.
