Gladys joined Valley Hearing Center in July 2010. She is part of the Front Office Coordination team. She enjoys helping others and brings with her a caring and personal demeanor. Gladys is fluent in Spanish and English. She was raised on the Central Coast and enjoys spending time with her family.

Since 1984, Dr. Larry Solow has been the proud owner of Valley Hearing Center. Dr. Solow is a respected Audiologist who obtained his Bachelor of Arts in communicative disorders from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Dr. Solow went on to receive his Ph.D. in Audiology from Pacific Western University. Prior to founding Valley Hearing Center, Dr. Solow was an Assistant Professor at CSUN and co-star of the Emmy nominated NBC show, "Say It With Sign," alongside his wife of 37 years, Sharon.

Lili is part of the Front Office team. She studied Linguistics at San Diego State where she became interested in the field of Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences. She enjoys helping others and hopes to pursue a career in Communication Disorders as an SLP or Audiologist. In her free time, she likes to bake and go on hikes.

Megan Solow Felthoven, Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been part of the family business for almost 30 years and is excited to carry on the family tradition of excellence in hearing health care. Megan has been both a history and an American Sign Language (ASL) teacher, so communication has always been in her career description. She lives in Pacific Grove with her husband, who is also a Hearing Instrument Specialist, along with their daughters.

Melissa works as front office coordination in our Monterey location. She has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She loves working for Valley Hearing Center; she can see how hearing aids change people's lives the first time they put hearing aids on you can see the persons spirits light up because they are able to hear. She believes we are the superheroes of hearing. On her off time, she loves spending time with her husband and three beautiful children. She also loves party planning and decorating.

Pam has been with Valley Hearing Center since 2014. She is our outreach coordinator and is part of the marketing team. Pam works with physicians and our community to educate people about the importance of hearing health for their overall wellbeing. She sets up workshops, visits to senior centers, and does presentations about hearing health.

Robert Felthoven has been working with Valley Hearing Center for over 12 years. He is a National Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. He loves working with people and changing their lives by helping them hear and connect with their family and loved ones. Rob and his wife have three beautiful daughters and another on the way. They also have a menagerie of 2 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit that keep the kids busy.

Stacey has been in the hearing aid industry for more than a decade and currently manages the back office and billing at Valley Hearing Center. Stacey loves long drives down the California coast and spending time with her family when she's not hard at work, helping to facilitate flawless patient care.
