At Villa del Monte Mutual Water Company, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents. We are a mutual water company with 125 members in the Villa del Monte neighborhood. We have two sources of water: Laurel creek & San Jose Water Company. Our water rights to Laurel creek have been in place for more than 50 years! Since this is surface water, in years of moderate or light rainfall, the creek dries up starting around August and we supplement with purchased water from the San Jose Water Company.
