Ashley joined Utonomy in 2020 after graduating from college and performs various accounting services to her clients. She is initiative-taking, organized and an exceptional communicator. What Ashley likes most about working for Utonomy is helping clients and building strong relationships with them. Ashley earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University.
When it's time to chill, Ashley enjoys listening to and making music. She also likes to cook with her specialty being delicious steak fajitas.
Carrie joined Utonomy in 2021. She started her professional career over 20 years ago as a small business owner and has worked for some of the largest hospitality companies in the world. As a former business owner, Carrie understands the importance of accuracy in work and integrates her past experiences and accounting knowledge to ensure her clients have reliable financial information to manage their business. Carrie earned a degree of Associates of Arts in Accounting from Sierra College.
When not crunching the numbers, Carrie enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.
Erika started working in accounting in 2010 while attending California State University Sacramento where she graduated cum laude with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, risk management, and general management. Erika enjoys collaborating with her clients to provide them with all the tools they need to be successful. She absolutely loves what she does and because of that, has a great passion to continue learning and growing in accounting and finance.
When not working, Erika enjoys being a mom to her two children as well as taking time for herself, either with great drama-filled reality tv, or complex, mind-bending board games with her husband and friends.

Fatima is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Utonomy's a Director of Technology and is also a Senior Accountant. She has nearly two decades of finance & accounting experience directing the financial operations of nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Fatima also specializes in the design and implementation of financial accounting systems, as well as other technological tools, to simplify and improve the accounting process for clients.
Fatima holds an MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management and received her undergraduate degrees in managerial economics and sociology-organizational studies, also from UC Davis.
In her personal time, Fatima loves traveling the world to satisfy her passion for unique and diverse cultural experiences.
Heidi has serviced a wide array of Utonomy clients since 2002. It is her passion to help others grow professionally and realize their potential. Heidi is an ambitious entrepreneur and business owner, having established various startup businesses during her career. She has a keen understanding of business management, from startup to financial, human resources and operations management. Heidi believes that financial data tells a story, and should be accurate, organized, and easy to understand to support business leaders in critical decision-making.
Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accountancy, from California Baptist University.
Heidi is an outdoor adventure seeker and loves to waterski, snowboard, and backpack in the Sierra. When she's not enjoying outdoor activities, you can find Heidi practicing yoga or spending time with her husband and two daughters.

As President and CEO, Michael leads the strategic direction for Utonomy.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and serves in various leadership roles for Utonomy clients. He has over thirty years' experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and organizational development. He has served in a finance-related capacity for Hewlett Packard Company and American Express and worked as an audit manager in the New York and Sacramento offices for Ernst & Young, LLP. Michael holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an accounting concentration, from California State University, Sacramento.
Michael loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking and paddle boarding. He also plays piano and keyboards.
As Utonomy's office manager, Sara performs a wide variety of duties keeping the Utonomy office organized and supported. She has been with the company since its inception. Prior to Utonomy, Sara worked as a public relations consultant.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, with an emphasis in public relations, from California State University, Sacramento.
Sara is an avid reader and dog lover. She also is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, swimming, and SUP.
