Andy is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and after eight years in the manufacturing business joined the Weber team in 2003. His time on the other side of the desk has given him a tremendous understanding of what business owners expect out their insurance advisor. In addition to taking care of clients, Andy likes to spend time with his family which includes his wife Victoria, son Zack and daughter Zoe. Some of their favorite hobbies are traveling, snow skiing and scuba diving. Andy also has a passion for coaching High School football and has spent much of his free time over the past ten years involved with several football programs in the York area.
Angie joined the C A Weber Agency in 2017 with over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She is an avid sprint car fan and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Angie is an active member of a local American Cancer Society Relay for Life team.

Bobbie Jo joined the agency in 2007 as the receptionist. She returned to insurance after working in banking for several years. Bobbie Jo is a member of St. John's United Church in New Oxford and enjoys time with her husband, son and family as well as collecting Longaberger baskets.
Carol started with the Weber Agency in 1979 as a bookkeeper and held that position for 10 years. She took some time off for family and resumed working at the Weber Agency in 2003 as a support technician for commercial lines. Her current responsibilities include Commercial Lines Account Manager and handling of the bonds. She resides in Hanover with her husband four children & grandchildren. She enjoys camping, gardening & sewing.

Chris is a licensed Commercial Account Manager who started with the agency in 2004. She services accounts in the Small Business Unit. She lives in the Spring Grove Area with her husband and two daughters. Spending time with her family and friends is one of her favorite things to do. Chris is a member of the Spring Grove VFW Ladies Auxiliary. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her daughters participate in school cheerleading and competition cheerleading.
Connie started her career in the insurance industry in 1985. Before joining the C A Weber commercial lines team in 1995, she spent 10 years working in personal lines insurance. In addition to handling large accounts, she is also the manager of our commercial lines and group benefits departments. In 2013 she has earned her CISR designation and obtained her CISR Elite designation in 2016. Connie lives in the Hanover area with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking, swimming & traveling. She is extremely excited about an upcoming new role as "Grammy" in the next few months.
Drew is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he studied telecommunications. Drew played football during his time at Penn State and became a 4-year letterman under Coach James Franklin. After his college football career, he spent a brief time with the Carolina Panthers. Drew's passion for insurance comes from the desire to help people protect themselves and their families. He is currently also working on obtaining his health and life license to expand his network of opportunities. Drew credits everything he's learned so far from his role model and father, Steve Hartlaub. Steve has worked tirelessly in the industry, making a reputation that is outstanding in the world of insurance. Drew is not afraid of hard work, and believes in the service we provide to each and every one of our clients.

Before joining the C A Weber Team in October 2015, Jamie spent more than 10 years working in the banking and financial industry. Her extensive banking background and her customer service mentality led her to a new venture at the Weber Agency. She currently resides in South Hanover with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling with her family and helping her local community.
Jen has worked for C A Weber since May 1993 when she was hired as Receptionist. Once licensed, Jen began working in the Personal Lines Department in the Fall of 1993. Jen received her Associate in Personal Insurance Designation in June 2010. In January 2013, she received her Certified Insurance Service Representative Designation. Jen also received her AINS designation in January 2020. She really enjoys meeting and getting to know new clients as well as continuing the relationships that have started in the past. Jen's community involvement includes membership at St Matthew Lutheran Church and belongs to a few Community Service Organizations. Jen, who lives in the Hanover area with her husband, enjoys camping, Red Sox Baseball and Washington Capitals Hockey, spending time with family, friends, and especially their dog.

Jody joined the C A Weber Agency in June 2015 as a commercial account manager, and she also handles commercial claims. Her career in insurance began in 1984 and she has since been involved in many aspects of the business on both the agency and company side. She participates annually in the local American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Jody resides in Hanover and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Justin was born and raised in Reading, PA. After meeting his future wife at a St. Patrick's Day parade, he moved to Hanover and has lived here since 2009. He has a son, and two Boston Terriers. Justin has worked at Weber Insurance as an account coordinator for less than a year. He will soon be working towards obtaining his professional insurance credentials. He enjoys watching and playing hockey and football. In his spare time, Justin enjoys yard sales, thrift stores and listening to true crime podcasts.
Scott began working for Baugher Insurance Agency in 1981 after graduating from Salisbury University and joined the C A Weber agency after the merger between the two agencies. Scott was a member of the Hanover Area Jaycees participating in many projects, Miss Hanover, The Cadillac of Banquets and the Halloween Parade. He was also Jaycee of the quarter 2 times. In 1991 Scott completed the CIC industry designation and was recently awarded the 30 year recognition proclamation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Besides enjoying the outdoors Scott has been a member of the board of directors of United Cerebral Palsy starting in 1994 which became PennCares and still serves as president of the board of directors. Scott also served on the state board of directors for United Cerebral Palsy. Most recently Scott finished a multi year stint as a member of the Hanover Area YMCA board of directors.
Kelly has been with Weber for over 25 years. She has earned her CISR designation, and is currently our New Business Manager. Kelly has a set of accounts she services in addition to handling the commercial lines new business in the office. She has served on the Agents Advisory Council Board for three of the many companies we represent. In her spare time, she spends a lot of time in the gym coaching girls basketball for the Hanover Public School District, in addition to spending time with her family and two dogs: Lucy and Lailey.
Kelsey grew up in a small town outside of Baltimore, MD and graduated from North Carroll High School. From there, she went to IUP and received her Bachelors in Anthropology. After college, she worked in various industries that have included management and customer service. After moving to Hanover with her husband, Kelsey decided to try something new and found her way to the Weber Insurance Agency in 2022. She thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family including her cat, her rabbits, and her dog.
Lisa joined the C A Weber Agency in 2019, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lisa resides in Hanover with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family.
Penny joined Weber Insurance in April of 2016. She began her insurance career in 1983 in the aviation industry and was involved on both the company and agency side. She took a 4-year hiatus from insurance and became licensed again in 2016. She and her husband reside in Gettysburg, PA and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Sarah joined the Weber family in 2020 with over 18 years experience in the insurance industry. She resides in Hanover with her son and dog, Roxie. Sarah loves attending basketball and baseball events, walking her dog, and being active outdoors.
Steve is the President of C A Weber Agency. He has been in the insurance business since 1989. He is continually seeking new ways to serve his clients, and he prides himself on always putting his customers' needs first. In addition, Steve serves as a highly visible representative of the Weber Agency in the community. In his spare time, he enjoys weight lifting competitively and currently holds 8 world records with the International Power Lifting Association. Steve was named the 2004 Chubb & Son Insurance Agent of the Year!
