The AHSN Network relies on the hard work of individuals all over the country. Our people strive to push forward innovation at a local level within their individual AHSNs, and successfully collaborate to generate large-scale, nation-wide change... At a national level, we bring together individual AHSNs to collaborate as a network, highlighting successes and sharing best practice to catalyse change on a wider scale throughout the health and care system... Since the AHSNs were formed, we have played a key role in making transformative change operational: developing and spreading innovation, enabling impactful pathway redesign, and building workforce capacity and capability.
