David P. Webb

"I graduated from Scott's School of Accounting and started working in the accounting field in 1980. In 1982, I joined […] David started his career as a corporate transaction tax accountant. He joined Wolff & Taylor in February 2016 as a public accountant and enjoys helping people find the best tax refunds. With his ‘work hard, play hard' motto, he fits right in with the team. You can find him in the office with a triple shot latte, and outside the office on the golf course, one of his favorite hobbies.

Elizabeth A. Weber

Beth had been employed by Wolff & Taylor, part time, for many years (the number of which she won't share as she does not wish to give away her age). She joined the firm full time in 2010 as a manager of the firm's Private Client Relations division. She directs and manages the accounting, trust management, and personal services for high wealth clientele.

Holly B. Fromenton

In February of 2019, Holly began working for Wolff & Taylor, P.C., and after many years in healthcare, her background in customer service will bring value to our clients as she builds rapport and relationships with them. After working as the Receptionist at Wolff & Taylor for several months, and eager to assist with a variety of tasks related to the organization and communication within the firm, Holly expanded her role as Accounts Receivable Manager. Her commitment to client satisfaction also ensures that all administrative products are completed accurately and delivered with high-quality and in a timely manner. "I grew up in Affton, Missouri, attended Affton High School, and graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Management. I cherish my time with my parents, younger brother, and family. I treasure moments with my close friends, outings around town, sports, traveling, and quiet times by myself. A girl on the go most of the time, but always with a giving-heart full of love."

Kristine M. McCloskey

Kristy began working at Wolff & Taylor as an intern in 2010 and became a full-time employee in 2012 after completing her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in management at the University of Missouri- St. Louis. After becoming the firm's Office Manager in 2015, she has been able to use her knowledge and organizational skills to help Wolff & Taylor continue to grow by creating and implementing various workflow procedures.

Larry E. Wolff - CEO

  • Managing Partner
Larry is managing partner and son of the firm's founder. He started in the profession in 1995 and earned his partner status in 2000 and promoted to managing partner in 2005. He oversees the day-to-day business operations as well as servicing clients with auditing, tax, and general business consulting services. He has significant expertise in small and medium business operations with particular emphasis on family-owned business succession planning. He is an expert in the field of loss prevention and internal controls in the petroleum industry, especially convenience stores. Larry and his family live in the Clayton, MO area where they are raising their two daughters. "Outside of work, I enjoy almost anything that gets me outside. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Hiking, Running, Fishing, Golfing. The outdoors is my happy place."

Richard E. Wolff

Dick is the founding partner of the firm. He has led the firm for over 50 years and has been involved in business valuations, projections, sales and purchases, estate valuations and divorce matters. He has also provided expert calculations in expectancy of expert testimony on wrongful real estate foreclosures and practiced before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and provided expert testimony in IRS matters. He also has over 50 years of experience as a financial audit team leader. "I am proud to say we still offer the same great service, and many new services, to all the wonderful clients we have had the opportunity to serve through the years. I grew up in St. Louis, MO, married Ann, and we have six children and twelve grandchildren. I attended St. Louis University High School and Washington University, St. Louis, MO."

Sarah S. Taylor

Sarah joined the firm in 1982 and became partner in 2000. Her responsibilities include supervising audit and accounting engagements, tax return preparation and developing accounting systems for clients. She works with clients in the following industries: Professional services, Manufacturing, Not-for-profit, Real estate, Retail sales, Employee benefit plans, Trusts and estates, etc. "I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University, Springfield, MO and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University, St. Louis, MO. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and have previously been honored to serve on several boards of not-for-profit organizations in the St. Louis area."

Scott W. Strothkamp

Scott Strothkamp brings over 28 years of public accounting experience to Wolff & Taylor, working with small to medium size closely held businesses. "My inspiration to work with closely held businesses was based on growing up in a family-owned business that started in 1956". Scott and his wife of 25+ years, reside in Ballwin, Missouri. They have three children; twin girls and a son. Scott graduated from Chaminade High School where his son also graduated from as well. "Family is very important to me", which is why he coached all three of his children's teams for years and continues to support their former schools. Scott also enjoys golf, softball, and fishing (especially deep sea). And as an avid St. Louis Blues fan, this season has been full of excitement! Scott also played baseball in college where he graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
