YourFitness.net was founded by Samantha Reid in 2002. After 12 successful and enjoyable years working within the fitness industry, achieving qualifications such as Exercise to Music, Body Balance, Aqua and becoming an NVQ Assessor, Samantha had a great desire to share her knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition on a more personalised basis.
