Abdulla Mohammed Al Zamil

On 8 May 2022, Abdulla Mohammed Al Zamil was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial). Since October 2009, he has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prior to his appointment as CEO, he acted as Chief Operating Officer of Zamil Industrial since January 2004. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Zamil Air Conditioners and Zamil Industrial's Shared Services. He began his professional career in 1987 with Zamil Air Conditioners as an Industrial Engineer and subsequently Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Purchasing & Materials Management. Abdulla Al Zamil serves on the boards of directors of several local and regional businesses and authorities. He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, and an MBA with concentration in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

George Eapen

George Eapen has 23 years of experience in various financial roles at Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam, India. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Management Accountants in the United States. In 1999, George joined Zamil Steel as a cost accountant. In 2004, he was promoted to financial analyst at Zamil Industrial. He has been the Corporate Finance Manager at Zamil Industrial since 2013.

Saud Ghassan Al Sulaiman

Saud Al Sulaiman is a member of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Co. (Zamil Industrial) and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Saud has held many leadership positions in a number of major national companies, including IKEA, L'azurde, and others, as well as membership on a number of boards of directors of companies, institutions, and non-profit organizations, and has over 18 years of practical experience. He has a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego in the United States, an Executive MBA from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, and an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD in France.
