We're the Stratherns, Laura and Robert. This is Fairfields Farm, where we live with our children. It's where it all happens, from growing our potatoes to making our handcooked crisps, which we've been doing here since 2006. Not many farms can say they have a crisp factory on site!... Growing potatoes is something our families have been perfecting for three generations. Despite this long history, we're not afraid to try new things - particularly if by changing our methods we reduce our impact on the environment around us. In fact, we're setting our sights firmly on being the UK's first carbon neutral crisp producer. You can find out more about our sustainability journey here...
