Bradley Collins

Bradley Collins (Regeneration development and delivery manager) is involved in the day to day project management of the scheme and coordinates our project and design teams during the development stages, working closely with them to evolve the regeneration plan for Cleator Moor. Bradley is also responsible for managing the on-site works alongside our selected contractors.

Brian is also currently chair of Camphill Village Trust, a charity for people with learning disabilities and also chair of QUAD, an arts/exhibition/film venue in Derby. Brian's background is in social care, health and the voluntary sector and higher education. He was awarded an OBE in February 2016 in recognition of services to social care and the voluntary sector.

Duncan Cumberland

Duncan joined Muse Developments in June 2009 as Residential Development Director. He has a wealth of residential experience and advises on new and existing schemes across the Muse portfolio as well as running the day-to-day development management of the English Cities Fund schemes at Canning Town and Plymouth. Duncan is also a Director of the Joint Venture vehicles that are developing out Wapping Wharf in Bristol. Previously development director at Crest Nicholson, Duncan led a development team ultimately responsible for the identification and acquisition of opportunities through the submission of planning applications to delivery of planning consents and handover to the construction team. Earlier in Duncan's development career, he worked for Cadenza Group, Nicholson Estates (Crest Nicholson City Centre Specialist) and Berkeley Group.

Helen became Home Group's Chief Financial Officer in 2022, having previously been Director of Finance. She joined Home Group in 2015 as Director of Risk and Assurance, moving to Director of Finance in 2018. Before arriving at Home Group Helen was with PwC, where she oversaw the delivery of high-quality, value-added risk and assurance work internal and external clients.

Mark Henderson - CEO

Mark is Chief Executive of Home Group, with 55,000 homes under management across Scotland and England and one of the largest providers of supported housing, providing 12,000 customers with mental and physical health issues with accommodation-based support. Home Group is also one of the largest developers of housing in the UK with a turnover of some £420 million per annum. It was voted the UK's best Landlord and best Housing Association in 2014 and 2016. Mark is currently a director and trustee of Whiteley Village Trust and a board member of Homes England. He ran his own business before joining Home Group, before that had worked with the RDA as Operations Director and a variety of regeneration and economic development jobs across the country in local government, most recently as Chief Executive of one of the largest County Councils in the country. He is also a former Board Member for the National Housing Federation and former Chair of Homes for the North. Mark is a petrol head, he races a Yamaha in classic motorcycle races and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United.

Nusheen Hussain

Having been with Home Group since 2017, Paul's previous experience includes customer service and marketing director for Tyne & Wear Metro and 12 years in the energy service industry at RWE Npower.

Rachael has 30 years of experience in supported housing and care. Having previously worked for a range of providers including Riverside Housing Association, local authorities, and the social justice charity Nacro. With overall responsibility for growing our supported housing portfolio, and developing models of care and support across Home Group. Rachael is passionate about supporting vulnerable customers and plays an important role externally influencing Health and Social Care. Rachael is Vice-Chair of CLINKS, (a membership organisation for Criminal justice charities) and a Trustee of Nimbus Disability.

Shelley Courty
