Alec Leggat

Alec has held sole and senior fundraising positions in the sector over the last 14 years, raising million of pounds. He uses his strategic experience and insight to advise non-profit organisations on how to develop mixed fundraising approaches or to fundraise for specific areas of work. His work is based on aligning organisations' visions and values to donors' interests - thereby bringing the donor closer to the cause. He has a parallel interest in storytelling through photography and is documenting local food production in south east London.

Anne Bennett

Anne draws on experience has included working at national policy and political levels, with boards of FTSE100 companies, and with distinct bodies such as global faith organisations, campaign groups, professional and academic institutions, unions and regulators. She leads on governance and organisational development programmes and specialises in using ‘whole systems' to achieve complex social change.

Dr Simon Davey

Simon is an IT and digital transformation consultant, including change management and business development. Most of his work is with technology and young people - sometimes at the same time! He is an Associate at the Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness, a Freeman with the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants and runs Omega Alpha consultancy. He is passionate about young people's education opportunities and serves as a school governor.

Natasha Roe

Natasha is our founding director. She works across strategy development, income generation, marketing, brand and communications. She holds an MSc in Charity Strategic Marketing and Fundraising with Distinction from Cass Business School and the Institute of Fundraising's Diploma of Fundraising Management. She is a guest lecturer on the Charities' Masters Programme at Bayes Business School and supports charities selected for the Enterprise Development Programme. She also sits on the boards of CIM's charity and social marketing group and for Multi-Story Orchestra from its home on a car park rooftop in Peckham.
