Addison Shedd joined 3CDC in 2016, serving in different roles on the Civic Space Activation team before joining the Human Resources team in 2022. In her current role as Recruiting & Talent Management Director, Shedd oversees hiring, retention and professional development for the organization.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Shedd worked at Miami University in various event management roles.
Shedd earned a bachelor's degree in Anthropology and French from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Alex Mangas is event manager for 3CDC, overseeing the event series produced at Fountain Square, Washington Park, Ziegler Park, Court Street Plaza and Imagination Alley. Mangas works with booking agents, manages the event calendar and collaborates with event talent, vendors, suppliers, sponsors, staff and third-party event planners to produce events for the public spaces.
Prior to joining 3CDC, she worked in public relations for various high-profile events throughout Indianapolis. Mangas studied public relations and civic leadership at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
Mangas resides in OTR and enjoys walking along the river and throwing themed parties in her free time.
Alice Rolfes joined 3CDC in 2006. In her current role as Employee Benefits Director, she is responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and IT infrastructure.
Rolfes holds a PHR certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Rolfes earned her BA in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
Andi Schultes joined 3CDC in 2012 as the Fountain Square Operations Manager. In her current role as Director of Event Logistics, she oversees the planning and execution of various events, ensuring their meticulous coordination and success.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Schultes spent several years working in tech theater, where she gained extensive experience in staging and event management, contributing to numerous high-profile productions.

Anthony Neirouz joined 3CDC in 2022 as a Senior Facilities Management Officer. In 2023, Neirouz assisted in transitioning Parking to in-house operations. In 2024, he was promoted to his current role, Parking Services Manager. He is responsible for developing and implementing new safety initiatives across 3CDC Parking and Civic Space assets.

Becca Callen joined 3CDC in 2016 as a staff accountant for Treasury Management. In 2017, she transitioned to a financial system analyst where she implemented a new organizational ERP system. Callen served in a number of accounting roles before being promoted to Accounting Director in 2022. In her current role, she oversees reporting for 3CDC's civic spaces, garages and self-improvement districts.
Callen's previous experience includes other non-profit and governmental agencies, including the Ohio Auditor of State's office and the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati.
Callen has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Management from Miami University. She subsequently became a CPA in 2019.

Brittany Methena joined the 3CDC team in 2024 as the Customer Experience Manager. She is responsible for onsite event staff hiring, onboarding, ongoing training & development and scheduling.
Caitlin Felvus joined 3CDC in 2018 as the organization's Development Counsel. In early 2022, she was promoted to Legal Director, and became the Chief Legal Officer and VP of Human Resources in 2024. In this role, Felvus manages legal work for the organization and is responsible for providing the necessary support and benefits to help staff remain healthy physically, mentally, and financially and ensure they have a positive work-life balance, whether working in the office or the field.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Felvus worked as an attorney at the Cincinnati office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. She also volunteers as a legal advisory to the UC Law small business clinic.
Felvus received a Bachelor of Science in journalism, summa cum laude, from Ohio University E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, and earned her juris doctorate, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was the editor of the inaugural UC Law Review Blog. Before law school, Felvus spent time working on Capitol Hill in both senatorial and congressional offices.

Cameron Reynolds joined 3CDC in 2015 as a Staff Accountant. In 2024, Reynolds was promoted to his current role, Accounting Manager, where he oversees the accounting of more than 20 projects, made up of over 300 units and including nearly 700,000 square feet of commercial real estate and nearly 90,000 square feet of residential real estate.
Reynolds earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.
In his free time, Reynold's enjoys attending the sporting events of his high school-aged siblings. He also serves as a crew member of a Dirt Late Model race team.
Caroline Curran is the director of strategic initiatives for 3CDC. She oversees the production of various stakeholder communications for major projects, is responsible for the creation and distribution of weekly email campaigns, manages internal communications, and assists in the content strategy and development of marketing and promotional materials.
Prior to joining the organization in 2021, she spent several years based in St. Louis working in the corporate meeting, events, and incentive travel industry.
Curran earned a bachelor of arts in communications from the College of Charleston. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring Cincinnati's restaurants, parks, and beautiful neighborhoods.

Christy Samad joined 3CDC in 2008 as part of the communications team after earning her Bachelors in Marketing & International Business from the University of Cincinnati. Following a four-year stint in her initial role, Samad transitioned to the Events Team. In 2017, she was promoted to VP of Event Management, and in 2018, Senior VP of Event Management -- a role in which she provided the leadership, direction and focus necessary to ensure 3CDC's vision for civic spaces was achieved. In 2024, the Event Management and Commercial Leasing teams merged under Samad's oversight and she was promoted to Executive VP of Civic & Commercial Space Activation. In this role, she provides the leadership, direction and focus necessary to ensure 3CDC's vision for activating civic and commercial spaces is achieved.

Daniel Lancaster joined 3CDC in 2021 as the Site Supervisor for Memorial Hall. In his current role as senior recruiter for the organization, he provides recruitment for all positions in the organization. Lancaster also supports additional Human Resource efforts including training, communications, employee engagement, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Prior to joining the organization, he was an informal educator and entertainer at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. Lancaster has lived in Austin, Denver, Chicago, and Granada, Spain, and he is thrilled to add Cincinnati to the list!
Daniel earned a B.A. in Theatre from Metropolitan State University of Denver and recently received his SHRM-CP certification.

David Vissman joined 3CDC in 2011 as Site Manager at Fountain Square. As 3CDC grew its operational portfolio to include three additional civic spaces - Washington Park, Memorial Hall, and Ziegler Park, Vissman spearheaded the opening of each site. In 2014, he was promoted to Senior Operations Manager, before being named Vice President of Operations in 2018.
In his current role, Vissman oversees the day-to-day management of all 3CDC-managed civic spaces and Operations team members. His role also includes oversight of the OTR District Management program, which was developed to ensure a safe and clean streetscape over 35 blocks in the OTR neighborhood. Additionally, he manages 3CDC's public parking garages and ancillary parking lots.
Before joining 3CDC, Vissman earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
Emily Stowe is the Director of Marketing at 3CDC and oversees the marketing and promotions for 3CDC's Civic & Commercial Space Activation Team as well as the overall promotion of Downtown Cincinnati.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Stowe spent six years in marketing at a project management agency. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.

Gladys Pope joined 3CDC in 2021. In her current role as the Community Program Manager, she oversees nearly 150 community events annually in the Civic Spaces 3CDC manages, with a strategic focus on Imagination Alley and the Ziegler Park Summer Camp program. Gladys also serves as a community liaison for 3CDC's OTR area housing partners, schools and other local organizations, fostering and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
Prior to joining the organization, Gladys was employed by Cincinnati Public Schools and served as the President of Mt. Airy Town Council from 2017-2021. She is a Certified Facilitator for the Chicago Parent Program, and graduate of both the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's WE Ascend Leadership Program and Greater Cincinnati Foundation's "Appointed" Civic Leadership Academy.
Gladys is a lifelong Cincinnatian, and enjoys traveling, being an ambassador for the city, and spending time with her adult children and dog, Rocket.

Joe Rudemiller is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications for 3CDC and oversees related activities pertaining to 3CDC's real estate development work, including media relations, website management, press releases and email marketing campaigns, among other things.
Joshua Steele is the Senior Manager of OTR's historic Memorial Hall, which annually hosts nearly 250 events. He oversees the venue's programming, partnerships, finances and facility, as well as selected arts programming at 3CDC's civic spaces.
Prior to joining the 3CDC team in 2016, Joshua served as Managing Director of Theatre at The Carnegie in Covington, and General Manager of the Vocal Arts Ensemble. He also served as President of the League of Cincinnati Theatres from 2014 to 2016, and is a long-time faculty member at Northern Kentucky University.
Joshua holds graduate degrees in Arts Administration and Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, and a degree in vocal performance from The Ohio State University.

Katie Westbrook began her professional career in Real Estate Development at 3CDC, joining the team in 2012 as a development intern. Since then, she has served in multiple roles within the organization including commercial leasing, finance, and a number of development roles. In 2024, Westbrook was promoted to her current role, Vice President of Development. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the Development team, which includes managing the development staff, project management, underwriting of projects, closing permanent financing for construction, and management of the project team through completion.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Westbrook received a master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Ohio University. Westbrook currently lives in Over-the-Rhine near Findlay Market with her husband Mark, son Gordie, and their dog, Penny.

Lauren Wescott joined 3CDC in 2024 and serves as the Senior Partner Engagement Specialist for the Civic & Commercial Space Activation team. In her current role, she provides strategic support and guidance to all commercial tenants in 3CDC's portfolio. Working closely with the property management and operations teams, Lauren also manages relationships with external stakeholders to promote inclusive, community-driven initiatives.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Lauren established her professional roots in Cincinnati's hospitality industry at downtown staples such as Nada, Nicola's, and Rhinegeist Brewery. Most recently, Lauren worked for the Corporation for Findlay Market on their Entrepreneurship team, where she managed small business education programs such as Findlay Launch and Growing into a Storefront.
Lauren earned a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, thrift shopping and spending time with her husband and their American bulldog, whom they adopted from Queen City Bulldog Rescue.

Marissa Reed joined 3CDC in 2019 as Operations Supervisor for the OTR District and was tasked with overseeing staff providing clean & safe services. When 3CDC merged with Downtown Cincinnati, Inc. Reed shifted her attention to the Central Business District to manage the Downtown Ambassadors program.
In her current role, she focuses on project planning, beautification, and managing relationships with external partners.
Prior to joining the team at 3CDC, she worked for Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and College Hill CURC. Reed earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
Mary Kohler joined 3CDC in 2011. In her current role as senior project management officer, she oversees projects under construction, coordinating contractors and design consultants.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Kohler was a project engineer at Clark Construction Group in Washington, D.C., where she worked on Walter Reed National Military Medical Center during her tenure.

Alex Martin joined 3CDC in 2023. In her current role as community engagement coordinator, she oversees all direct stakeholder communications, and manages the Queen City Card digital gift card program and the Downtown Supporter program.
Prior to joining the organization, Martin worked as a Manager of Talent Resources and Administration for the Downtown Austin Alliance. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Technical Communications from Arizona State University.
Aubrea Atkinson joined 3CDC in 2016, joining the Communications Team shortly after. In her current role, Atkinson oversees the content management for 10 websites, leads the PR efforts to generate earned media for 3CDC tenants, and assists in the creation and distribution of various marketing pieces, among other things.
Prior to joining the organization in 2016, she was with Fischer Homes, most recently as a Strategic Analyst.
Atkinson earned a bachelor's of science in marketing and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Kentucky. In her free time, Atkinson enjoys spending time with her husband Alex, their 5-year-old twins and golden doodle, Griffey.
Austin Kossoudji joined 3CDC in 2019. In his current role as Accounting Manager, he oversees all operations and events assets, including consolidated reporting for various boards, as well as the annual audit and tax procedures with external companies. Kossoudji is also responsible for recording day-to-day transactions and financial reporting.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Kossoudji attended the University of Cincinnati where he earned a bachelors degree in business administration and accounting.
Chris Klenk joined 3CDC in 2019 as an event CSR before becoming a site supervisor. In his current role, he oversees civic space operations and maintenance.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Klenk spent time with the Western & Southern Open, Cincinnati Reds, and 4EG.
Klenk earned a bachelor's in Sports Administration while playing baseball at the University of Cincinnati. In his free time, Klenk is an avid concert goer and enjoys playing any recreational sport.
Dana Sullivan joined 3CDC in 2018. In her current role as Senior Operations Manager, she oversees all operations staffing including scheduling, training, budgeting, and planning across all civic spaces and business improvement districts.
Prior to joining the organization, Sullivan worked in facilities for Stanford Athletics managing the boathouse for over six years.
Dana has a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from University of Tennessee where she was a scholar athlete as a rower, and a Master of Arts in Sport Management from University of San Francisco. Fun fact -- Dana still holds the discus record at her high school!
Daniel Gebrezgi joined 3CDC in 2024, quickly becoming a vital member of the Parking Services Team. In his current role as Director of Parking Services, he oversees all aspects of parking operations, implements innovative strategies to enhance the customer service experience, and ensures revenue generation aligns with budgetary goals. He also plays a key role in leading various departmental initiatives, including the development and execution of critical parking renovation projects aimed at improving overall service efficiency and effectiveness.
Before his tenure at 3CDC, Daniel accumulated an impressive 32 years of experience in the parking industry. His expertise spans various sectors, including License Plate Recognition enforcement platform marketing and the installation of advanced enforcement technologies. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a deep understanding of operational management, successfully navigated complex business landscapes, and adapted to the evolving needs of the industry.
Daniel earned his certificate in building engineering from Hannah-Harrison Career School in Washington.
Reid VanPelt joined the 3CDC team in 2016 as Parking Portfolio Manager. In his current role as Director of Parking Services, he oversees day-to-day management of commercial and parking assets for the organization.
Prior to joining 3CDC, VanPelt worked within the parking industry for 10 years, holding positions in valet management, facility management and operations management.
VanPelt obtained a Bachelor of Science from University of Cincinnati.
Ryan Dattilo joined 3CDC as part of the Operations Team in 2019 when the organization merged with Downtown Cincinnati Inc. In his current role as Senior Property Management Officer, Dattilo oversees the Property Management Team and together they maintain all 3CDC-managed parking facilities, vacant buildings and other properties.
Dattilo is a Cincinnati native and currently resides in Anderson with his family. He is a Bengals season ticket holder and a staunch supporter of FC Cincinnati. Dattilo also enjoys golfing, kayaking, and attending concerts. He is also a community advocate for second chance employment, drug rehabilitation services and homeless resources.
Tina Caldwell joined 3CDC in 2013. In her current role as District Operations Manager, she oversees operations across the public realm, including employees deployed on the sidewalks throughout Over-the-Rhine (37 Blocks) and/or the Central Business District (100+ blocks). In addition to District Management, Caldwell is responsible for overseeing operations at each of the 3CDC-managed Civic Spaces within the District Boundaries.
Toni Tosh joined 3CDC in 2020. In her current role of Finance Director, she oversees accounting and financial reporting for 3CDC's commercial real estate portfolio. Tosh also works with third-party lenders to manage debt associated with these projects and provides underwriting support for the development and leasing teams.
Prior to joining the organization, Tosh worked for Colliers International where she supported Cincinnati and Dayton brokerage teams as a Research Analyst.
Tosh attended the University of Cincinnati where she earned a bachelor's degree in urban planning and completed certificate programs in Historic Preservation and Geographic Information Systems.

Mike Dumbauld joined 3CDC in 2016 as a financial analyst. He served in a number of financial roles before being promoted to Finance Director in 2022.
In his current role, Dumbauld leads a team that is responsible for managing the financial reporting and analysis of 3CDC's real estate assets and capital funds, 3CDC's Risk Management program, and ongoing compliance reporting to third-party lenders. Additionally, his team works directly with the Development team to structure, close and unwind financial transactions of development projects.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Dumbauld spent six years working in commercial lending at multiple banks in the Cincinnati market. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance from Ohio State University.

Morgan Miller joined 3CDC as a Sponsorship Intern in 2022, returning as a full-time employee in 2024. Now serving as Sponsorship Manager, she builds and manages major partnerships while developing strategies that support year-round programming and free events in Cincinnati's civic spaces.
A proud University of Cincinnati graduate with a BBA in Marketing and Information Systems, Morgan is originally from Tiffin, Ohio. She fell in love with Cincinnati the moment she stepped onto UC's campus and now calls the city 'home.' In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cheering on the Bengals and FC Cincinnati, hiking, and exploring new local restaurants.

Tim Szilasi joined 3CDC in 2012 as an accounting manager, after spending two years as a member of the organization's external audit team. He served in a number of roles before being promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at the start of 2017.
Szilasi is responsible for the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including budget development and management, accounting and reporting, audit management and oversight, internal controls, tax compliance, capital management, loan portfolio management, human resources, risk management, and information technology.
Prior to joining 3CDC, Szilasi obtained his CPA license and spent seven years as an auditor with accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

Zak Kelley joined 3CDC in 2022. In his current role as Event Sales Manager, he oversees all third-party events & partnerships in the six Civic Spaces 3CDC manages. Prior to joining the organization, Zak worked in hospitality management in both Cincinnati & New York City, working for hotel groups, such as Standard Hotels & Marriott, and restaurant groups, such as Thunderdome & Boca.
