Aaron joined AO in 2018, diving head-first into the emergency services department, guiding customers who are suffering from water damage through the restoration and insurance process. After earning his IICRC certificates, he quickly moved into a lead technician role! After work, Aaron enjoys working out, spending time with his wife and young son, and cooking delicious foods!
Amaryllis joined the AO team in the summer of 2020 as Office Administrator. She quickly learned ‘the ropes' and completes all tasks with speed and efficiency. If you contact the office with inquiries, she will likely be the one answering your questions and aiding the rest of her team members. While not at work, Amaryllis enjoys spending time with friends, her dog Gatsby, and going on outdoor adventures.
Carissa Started with Alpha Omega in 2012 and has quickly developed real expertise in the restoration of fire and water-damaged properties and contents. Her specialties include a broad knowledge of the latest industry standards for water and mold damaged properties. Carissa's youthful energy and quick smile are infectious! Coupled with her excellent customer relations skills, these qualities quickly earn trust among our clients at a time when they need help from a company they can trust to get their property and their lives back to normal as quickly as possible. In her free time, Carissa loves to play Ultimate Frisbee, and hang out with her church youth group, friends and family.
Dan joined Alpha Omega in 2019. During this time, he has received several certifications specializing in water mitigation techniques. He has excelled in the area of customer service, and sees communication during the restoration process as one of his main priorities. While not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife (Amy), and two children (Raelyn and Roguen). He also enjoys a good hunting trip, doing home improvement projects around the house, and arm wrestling tournaments!
Dawn joined the AO team in early 2020, working in the Contents Restoration department. From packing fire-damaged contents out of a customer's home, to performing detailed painting and cleaning jobs, she exceeds every expectation!
Ethan joined the Emergency Mitigation Team in 2021, specializing in efforts to mitigate customer's property in the event of an unexpected water damage event or even a tragic fire. When he is not walking a customer through the restoration process, his passion lies in being outdoors and exploring new places. Occasionally you might find him catching the latest movie or reading an exciting new book!

Jordan joined the team in 2020, bringing with him an enthusiasm and positive attitude that is unmatched! While working on the mitigation team, his knowledge on emergency services has quickly grown because of his eagerness to learn. You will always see a smile on his face, regardless of whether he is sitting in an early morning team meeting or inspecting an attic in full PPE gear! He enjoys barbecuing, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Levi joined the Alpha Omega team in 2018, and has quickly hit the ground running, gaining several industry certifications for water damage restoration and mold remediation in the process. Levi's exceptional customer service skills are what sets him apart, giving customers a sense of ease during a difficult time. Levi enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his family.
Mabel joined the AO team in 2021. Her exceptional work ethic and cheerful attitude are a great addition to the team. She specializes in cleaning efforts and nothing gets past her! When not at work, Mabel enjoys being with her family and cooking delicious meals!
Rusty joined the AO team in 2019, bringing with him a vast array of knowledge, especially in safety procedures. You can find him doing just about anything to help out a team member! His hard work and dedication are shown through keeping the AO shop in pristine condition. When not at work, Rusty enjoys spending time with his family, as well as showing his artsy side by creating beautiful art and music.

Seth joined the AO team in 2019, bringing with him a vast array of knowledge in construction. He has since dove headfirst into our Reconstruction Department, working exceptionally with customers, contractors, insurance companies, and more. On his days off, he loves to spend time with his friends and family, specifically doing anything outdoors, including hiking, fishing, and camping.

Sonya joined to Alpha Omega team in 2016. Her position focuses primarily on servicing clients, providing education, and managing marketing initiatives such as social media, events, presentations, and public relations. In her free time, Sonya enjoys outdoor adventures and home improvement projects with her husband Dillon, dog (Axel), and cat (Felix).

Todd joined the Alpha Omega team in 2012. Born in Minnesota and raised in Montana, Todd brings 30 years of construction expertise to the disaster restoration industry. As a Montanan, he understands the special challenges of making repairs in our climate to ensure beautiful, long-lasting results. Whether returning your floors to pristine condition, or applying his home improvement acumen to other areas of fire and flood damage restoration, Todd will handle your restoration challenges with the deft hand of a seasoned expert. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand, no matter the situation. In his free time, Todd creates beautiful drawings, loves to listen to music, and enjoys watching the History Channel.

Born and raised in Laurel, Wade has his roots down in the community. He joined the Alpha Omega team in 2014. He brings diverse knowledge in construction, home repair and mechanics to our team. His varied experience has proven a great asset in serving our customers. Wade is always eager to lend a hand when someone is in a pinch, and he looks forward to helping you quickly get your home and your life back to normal after fire or flood damage. Wade enjoys being active by biking and playing Disk Golf in addition to spending time with his family.
Willy started Alpha Omega Disaster Restoration in 2006.He manages the operations side of the business.Willy has worked in the restoration industry since 2000.During this time in the industry he has earned several IICRC certifications and has earned a great deal of respect from his peers.
