Ibrahim has a solid knowledge and foundation of Dubai Court and Public Prosecution procedures developed through working in the Company since 2008. He ensures to make the often complex legal procedures easily understandable to our clients. In his vast experience, he expertise in legal research and as a registered Legal Consultant, he leads in all transactions in all level of courts, preparing pleads and other legal documents as well as reviewing contracts.
Prior to joining Al Shaali & Co, Mohammed gained extensive experience as a Police Officer in Dubai for 18 years. His experience has enabled him to become proficient and be the key contact person of the Company to field.
Mustafa is well versed with the UAE legal system providing since 2004 legal support to several clients and decided to bring his expertise in Al Shaali & Co. in 2012. He presents the Company and follow-ups on cases in the different Emirates. Mustafa's practice is predominantly in family, criminal, and civil cases.
Omar is a seasoned veteran in the legal field and is fully equipped to consult over a wide range of legal matters in the Middle East and abroad. Joining in 2007, he has advised and had been the lead legal consultant to some of the most complex civil, criminal, and commercial cases the Company has handled. His expertise in litigation and arbitration delivers a just and favorable outcome for our clients.
With over 10 years of proven expertise and track record in his profession, Said serves as the Financial Legal Expert of Al Shaali & Co. The tandem of Salem and Said led the Company to be one of the few financial legal firms in the region. In his position as Manager, with a strong focus on strategy and business development, he successfully contributed to the Firm's esteemed reputation today.
