Vicki Williams has been working at American Land Title Agency for thirteen years. She received her training in the real estate field at ETI Technical College in Ohio. As a certified Notary Public, Vicki is authorized by the State of Ohio to administer oaths and to attest to the authenticity of signatures on legal documents. Her duties at the office include signing and authenticating all of American Land Title's legal documents.
Donalyn Ryan has been an employee at American Land Title Agency, Inc. for six years. She works as a processor and account representative. She attended Youngstown State University and Kent State University to obtain her real estate license. Before working at American Land Title, Donalyn was Assistant Title Abstractor in Trumbull County and was a Realtor®. She lives in McDonald, Ohio and has one child and one grandchild.
Paul Drotar has been working at American Land Title Agency, Inc. for twelve years. He was a graduate of Niles McKinely High School in 1971. After high school, Paul worked in real estate for nine years. He also was a loan originator for the Tumbull/Mahoning County areas for one year. Paul is an escrow officer at American Land Title and deals with escrow and closings. He has lived in Niles his entire life. Paul has three children and four grandchildren.
Sandie Mariotti has been an employee at American Land Title Agency, Inc. since it opened in October 1993. She has been working in the title field since 1978. Sandie received her training as a paralegal at the Ohio Paralegal Institute in Cleveland. As office manager, she deals with escrow and closings. Sandie and her husband Nicholas are lifetime residents of Niles, Ohio. They have three children and six grandchildren.
