Aimee Davis

Aimee is a results driven, self-motivated financial controller. She works to provide key financial data, support and reporting to assist in key business decisions. Aimee has been with AnaVation since May 2013. She enjoys building strong relationships among AnaVation's management team, employees and customers. She emphasizes strong financial controls and rigorously ensures that all statutory and corporate obligations are met. Aimee is a financial professional and CPA with over 20 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, cash management, and accounting systems. Aimee has her BBA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.

Aimee Medonos

Aimee is a senior-level delivery and business development professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in the Federal Government consulting industry. She is responsible for AnaVation's strategic pursuits and growth in the Federal Law Enforcement, R&D, and Intelligence Community markets. Aimee brings over 20 years of experience in business unit leadership, strategic planning, business development, capture, and program management. Prior to AnaVation, Aimee held leadership positions at CSRA (formerly SRA International), Platinum Solutions, and NTT Data (formerly Keane, Inc.). She is experienced in managing a P&L center of over $100M in her role as Law Enforcement Business Program Manager for CSRA. Aimee is PMP certified and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Scranton. Aimee is focused on growing a business that offers fulfilling opportunities for all employees and helping our customers solve their hard problems.

Ben Goss

Ben brings a 25-year track record supporting IC, Defense, Federal Government, and commercial customers with solution thinking and innovative technologies. Prior to joining AnaVation, Ben spent 13 years at BAE Systems managing growth, delivering products and services, and leading engineering teams. He led prime contract support of Cross-IC IT programs, Army Night Vision and PEO Soldier, and DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. As Chief Growth Officer at Quadrint, Ben built a foundation for rapidly expanding prime contracting support across the IC. Ben leverages his career experiences including competitive awards of $2B in new business contracting opportunities, delivery of $500M of technical product and service delivery contracts, and completion of $10M of research and development investment in new capabilities to support customer requirements. Ben is a Leaders for Global Operations M.I.T. Fellow holding both an MBA and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, as well as PMP and ITIL certifications.

Brian Rosenthal

Brian brings over 25 years of software development and IT management experience to AnaVation. He has a strong record of accomplishment directing and supporting multiple federal Law Enforcement and Intelligence programs and delivering high-profile, mission critical, custom software solutions. He has extensive experience delivering complex information systems for the government and commercial sectors on-time, in scope, and within budget using limited resources. Focusing on the FBI mission since 2002, Brian has successfully led more than two dozen tasks for the FBI, delivering systems which addressed serial violent crime, Internet predators, criminal gang behavior, global terrorism, and more. Prior to joining AnaVation, Brian held senior leadership positions at Full Visibility LLC and CSRA (formerly SRA International and Platinum Solutions), where he was responsible for a $40M portfolio of FBI projects. Brian holds a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from University of Maryland and an Associate degree in Information Systems from Northern Virginia Community College. He is PMI (PMP) certified as well as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).

Charles Quillin - CEO, Founder

Charles works with a hand-selected team of engineers, leaders and operations professionals building a Great Place to work; we provide innovative solutions to our customers, a culture that engages our employees, and unmatched value to both. Prior to founding AnaVation, Charles co-founded Crucial Security where he served as President and CEO. Through his leadership, Crucial Security became an elite Cyber Security company that provided high-end engineering services to the Federal Government and Federal Intelligence communities. Within ten years of its inception Crucial had 168 employees and annual revenues exceeding $42 million. It was also recognized by its employees and the Washington Business Journal as one of Washington's Best Places to Work for three years in a row. Prior to starting Crucial, Charles oversaw Construction Sales and grew the Rental Services Division at Carolina Tractor & Equipment Company, a North Carolina based Caterpillar Dealership. Charles has also done engineering, operations, and finance work for Philip Morris, USA; Cooper Industries; and Corning, Inc. Charles earned an MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Charles is focused on building an engineering firm focused on solving cyber and analytics problems for the Federal Intelligence Community. His mission is to establish a new standard for company relationships with employees and customers.

Rena Barner

With over 15 years of experience in HR, Rena is a trusted, results driven leader focused on best practices as well as, innovative approaches. Previously, Rena has successfully Directed Recruiting as well as, provided Technical Recruiting support at two Government contractors in the Washington, DC Metro area. In addition, her professional expertise ranges in areas of HR to include benefits, policies and procedures, communications, employee relations, affirmative action and training and a proven ability to lead, motivate and influence others to accomplish business objectives. Rena possesses a Bachelor of Science Arts Degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice. Rena also holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is an active member of SHRM. Scott Ganz

Scott leads innovation and technology across AnaVation to help architect and deliver solutions that address clients' mission-specific problems. Scott has more than twenty years technical and managerial experience developing results-driven, mission-oriented solutions to the toughest technical problems faced by the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Civilian Federal Agencies. Prior to joining AnaVation Scott's passion was at small businesses where he served in leadership roles at GITI as the Director for C4ISR and at IST Research where he was the COO. Scott served as the Director of Research and Development (R&D) at Data Tactics, who was acquired by L-3 Communications and later CACI. He stayed on in that capacity for a little over a year before joining AnaVation. Scott has participated in several notable programs over the years to include the Army's Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Persistent Close Air Support (PCAS) and PlanX at DARPA, and Information Sharing at DHS Scott holds a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and a PMP certification.

Stephanie Simeone

Stephanie focuses on strategic pursuits and capture activities for AnaVation. She was responsible for managing AnaVation's Army RS3 IDIQ contract, along with overseeing the Federal Engineering Division. Prior to AnaVation, Stephanie co-founded ALON, Inc., an Information Technology and Program Management company supporting mission-critical programs for Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and Defense agencies. As CEO, she grew ALON into a $45M a year business supporting more than 20 agencies across the U.S. leading to its acquisition. ALON received numerous awards, including the Department of Homeland Security's Small Business of the Year. She has an M.B.A from George Washington University and a B.A., International Studies, from The American University. Stephanie is focused on fostering a culture of innovation as AnaVation continues its rapid growth.

Todd Graham - Founder

Todd is a self-motivated, results-driven professional with more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry. He helps lead and manage a wide variety of missions and programs for Federal Government clients in the Intelligence Community. Todd proudly served his country in the United States Army for seven years, where he worked in Army Intelligence. Upon leaving the Army, Todd worked for BlackBox, Crucial Security, and Harris Corporation. With those firms he held a variety of management and leadership positions including Sr. Program Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Infrastructure and Engineering, and Director of Information Technology. Todd was responsible for leading IT engineering services contracts portfolios supporting Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies and providing leadership to over 150 engineering professionals. Todd possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, a Master's Degree in Information Systems, and holds numerous industry-recognized certifications, including PMP and ITIL. Todd is focused on AnaVation being the best experience of people's careers!

Tom Seibert

Tom brings 30 years of experience developing solutions for government customers and international law firms. He loves to mentor and grow high-performing teams leveraging Agile Methodologies. This focus has continually exceeded the expectations of Tom's customers. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has held a PMP since 2005 Prior to joining AnaVation, Tom was a Principal Infrastructure Engineer at the MITRE corporation for 12 years, serving as Chief Architect in the development of cyber capabilities for multiple Law Enforcement and Intelligence Community customers. Preceding that, he served as Director of Enterprise Engineering for CACI International supporting the OSD CIO office which was the culmination of 10 years of support to the OSD organization. As Senior Litigation Support Analyst for multiple firms over 8 years, he developed large-scale electronic discovery systems, jury selection applications and provided trial support across the US. Tom is a lifetime learner and has earned numerous IT certifications in cloud, virtualization technologies, network engineering and security.
