Bob started Aqua Pros in 1984 after only two years working as a laborer for another local pool company. Bob grew up on a large Bedford County, Virginia farm and attended Liberty High and graduated from Jefferson Forest High School. Bob did one year undergrad at UVA, and graduated from The Ohio State University. Bob worked on large cattle ranches prior to his pool experience.

Hannah grew up on a farm and still resides in beautiful Bedford County. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking with her dog, and horseback riding; and even competed in rodeo' from a young age. Hannah is a BioGuard Water Care Expert and has completed all of the University of Marquis Spas courses. She grew up in the business and now plays an active role in the advertising/marketing and also managing in the Salem - Roanoke location.

John has been a member of the Aqua Pros team since January 1999. He is a certified BioGuard Water Care Expert and a graduate of the University of Marquis Spas. John is a Air Force veteran of the Gulf War and was also in the Virginia Army National Guard. He is originally from Fredericksburg, Va. and now resides in Lynchburg. John enjoys spending time with family, traveling to different cities, watching his daughter play volleyball, downtime at the Outer Banks, loves grilling and seafood, beach volleyball and keeping up with sports teams from the DC area.

Karen is originally from Georgia and lived in Michigan and New Jersey before moving to Virginia in 1993. She is a graduate of Stock State College of New Jersey with a degree in accounting. Now that her two sons are adults and independent, her hobbies are reading and enjoying the scenery and wildlife around their secluded mountain cabin.

Keith has been with Aqua Pros since 2004 and is an expert in anything pool, spa or hearth related service work. He's a devoted husband and father to his four boys and loves spending time with his family.

Mary Pollard started working for Aqua Pros Bedford back in 1999. She is now the manager at the Bedford location, and lives just outside the town. Mary is a certified BioGuard Water Care Expert and a graduate of the University of Marquis Spas. Mary loves anything water related including water chemistry, jet skiing, swimming, canoeing and fishing. Other passions include cooking, photography and airbrush painting.

Roger has been a member of the Aqua Pros team since May of 2018 and has completed the University of Marquis Spas courses and is a certified BioGuard H2Know Water Care Expert. Roger currently lives in Roanoke with his wife and three daughters and enjoys watching football and spending time with family.

Married loving wife Kristin Murphy. Currently reside in beautiful Bedford Virginia. Proud Hampden-Sydney Graduate and Professional Sales Representative. Sean is a Certified BioGuard Water Care Expert as well as a graduate of the University of Marquis Spas. Hobbies include: spending as much time with family and loved one's; working on a new home; and a love of Philly foods and sporting teams. Vern, originally from Minnesota, retired from the Navy in 2001 after 22 years of service. He and his wife moved to Bedford in 2016 and he began working for Aqua Pros in 2019. Married 30 years to his wonderful wife, Cheryl, Vern enjoys their grand kids, NASCAR, and motorcycle rides on his Harley with his wife. Vern has completed all of BioGuard's H2Know courses as well as the University of Marquis Spas.
