Auckland Castles was first set up in 2004. We are run by two families which had been close friends for years and decided to enter the Bishop Auckland bouncy castle hire market to offer a friendly, reliable and customer-focused service that meets the needs of the public closely. In the 14 years we have been hiring out inflatables we have seen the industry change in a lot of areas especially the safety part of it. When we look back through the years we are proud of what we have achieved and how far we have come. It has took a lot of hard work and dedication to get our little business to where it's at, we have also had a lot of help from friends and family to get to this point. The most important thing is our customers we wouldn't be anywhere without them and that's why we treat every customer and booking the same. Whether it's a £45 booking or a £1000 booking they are both equally as important as each other... Customer service is incredibly important to us - we are a family-run business..
