Our founder and CEO, Adrijan Susa, has more than 23 years of experience on board different types of vessels, of which the last 10 years he spent working offshore within the oil and gas industry (Angola, Brazil, Falkland Islands, Greenland), therefore giving us an advantage by fully understanding the nature of the business, client needs, and operational procedures.
Experienced in HR and project management. Ensuring the team consistently follows the procedures set out in the QMS. Assisting in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Training and overseeing employees.
Experienced in crewing and recruitment. In charge of all crewing activities including seafarer's employment, staffing, compensation, training, and development. Overseeing recruitment department.
