Balloons By Design is led by Steve Paynter, a Certified Balloon Artist with over 25 years of experience in the balloon industry. Steve got his start providing entertainment at children's birthday parties, twisting balloons into the shape of animals. Helping people celebrate the happy events in their lives appealed to him, and a whole new world of possibilities opened up when he investigated balloon decorating. He taught himself as much as he could through books and tapes & DVDs, then completed the CBA certification program, the most respected certification in the balloon industry. He is only one of 7 CBAs in the entire state of WI. He continues to attend conventions & takes classes to keep up to date with new trends, products & balloon design techniques and his work has been published in the balloon professional's trade magazine Images.
