Alexandra (Alex) joined the Berkshire Law Office in 2019. She focuses her practice on all aspects of family and juvenile law, including child support and parenting time matters. Alex is a talented appellate attorney and devotes a significant amount of her practice to appellate matters. Alex has 9 published Appellate Opinions, on various areas of family law. While in law school, Alex was an Associate Editor and the Senior Articles Editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.
Jeanette has worked exclusively in the area of Family Law since 2002, with the last fifteen years spent alongside Keith Berkshire. Jeanette has significant experience assisting in family law matters including: paternity matters, divorce, legal decision-making (custody), support and post-decree matters. Jeanette has assisted with hundreds of family law trials and at all stages of family law litigation. Jeanette works side-by-side with attorneys and clients throughout the various stages of cases including the discovery and disclosure processes.
Jessica ("Jess") is a paralegal at the Berkshire Law Office. She has worked for the Berkshire Law Office since 2021 and graduated from Northern Arizona University.
As one of approximately 80 Certified Specialists in Family Law by the State Bar of Arizona and one of 32 Fellows in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Keith Berkshire is well versed in all areas of family law, including high stakes litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Keith has a significant appellate practice which includes 33 published Opinions at the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. Keith also successfully litigated the seminal Howell v. Howell, 137 S.Ct. 1400 (2017) case at the Supreme Court of the United States.
Keith routinely teaches other attorneys and judges at legal education seminars on various family law issues, including legal decision-making (custody) and appellate matters and regularly serves as an expert witness on variously family law issues.
