Amanda Scott

Mrs. Scott joined BH3 Management at its inception in 2009. She is responsible for the investor relations and communications for the company. Prior to BH3, Mrs. Scott worked at GMC Mortgage Capital where she was the lead processor and mortgage underwriter for the company. Mrs. Scott graduated from Stetson University with a Major in Business Management and a minor in Marketing.

Andrew Pouppirt

Job Titles:

As Project Controller, Mr. Pouppirt is responsible for processing payables and compiling reports for the Development entities of the Firm. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Pouppirt was an accountant at Clemens Construction Co. where he oversaw the financials of a wide array of mixed-use development, from preconstruction to closeout. Mr. Pouppirt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kansas.

Bhavin Patel

Mr. Patel is an Analyst at BH3 where he assists in diligence and research for the SPAC and SPV investments. Prior to joining BH3, he was an analyst at Victory Partners, a middle market investment bank, where he worked on sell-side M&A advisory for clients across multiple industries. Mr. Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Brett Kraus

Mr. Kraus serves as a Real Estate Investments Analyst at BH3 Management. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Kraus was an analyst at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) focusing on debt and equity placement where he evaluated, marketed, and executed over $1.5B of commercial real estate transactions across a variety of asset types. Previously, Brett held positions as a Research Analyst at JLL and as a Geospatial Analyst for Morgan Stanley's Energy Group. Mr. Kraus holds a B.S from the University of Iowa.

Bruno Vieira

As Senior Development Manager, Mr. Vieira is responsible for executing development projects from inception through closeout including initial due diligence, pre-development, and construction management. During his career Mr. Vieira has held positions in engineering, construction, and real estate investment organizations and has worked on various high-profile luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout North America and Caribbean. Mr. Vieira holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Florida State University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State if New York, and a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Cameron Bean

Mr. Bean joined BH3 Management in November 2022 as a member of its Growth Equity team. Prior to BH3, Mr. Bean worked as an Investment Professional at Piney Lake Capital Management, a Connecticut-based hedge fund focused on providing debt and equity capital solutions to middle market companies. Before joining Piney Lake, Mr. Bean began his career within the investment banking division at Robinson Humphrey (now Truist Securities), where he focused on providing M&A, capital raising and other advisory services to specialty finance and financial technology companies. Mr. Bean received a bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Amherst College, where he graduated cum laude.

Charlie Carreño

As Chief Development Officer, Mr. Carreño is responsible for the oversight of the firm's southeast developments. Additionally, he provides project oversight and management of the design team, as well as the construction management firm retained to implement the construction. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Carreño was the Director of Development for Property Markets Group, a national full-service real estate development firm that executes large-scale projects across all asset types. He also served as Director for the City of Miami Beach's Office of Capital Improvement Projects, where he supervised 39 newly planned improvement projects, valued at $110M, in the design, permitting and / or procurement phase. Mr. Carreño also served as Project Director at The Related Group, where he managed the firm's largest residential development project, Icon Brickell. Mr. Carreño holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is registered to practice engineering in the State of Florida and New York (inactive).

Claire Wolff

As Marketing Manager, Ms. Wolff oversees the various marketing initiatives for BH3, as well as asset-specific projects within the firm's portfolio. She has marketing and branding experience across a range of industries, from non-profit organizations to tech startups. Prior to joining BH3, she worked at a Denver-based PR and marketing agency focused on clients specializing in highly-regulated industries. Ms. Wolff received her B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business, as well as a minor in sociology, and a certificate in social responsibility.

Daniel Fiske

As Asset Management Analyst, Mr. Fiske is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of BH3's South Florida assets, including performing ongoing financial analysis, and managing tenants and property-level staff across the BH3 portfolio. He is also responsible for implementing various strategic initiatives and capital improvement projects to optimize property performance. Mr. Fiske holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate, from Indiana's Kelley School of Business.

Daniel Lebensohn

As the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BH3, Mr. Lebensohn oversees the Deal Sourcing, Legal and Structuring components of BH3's acquisitions, with an expertise in complex distressed and workout scenarios. Prior to cofounding BH3, Mr. Lebensohn served as in-house counsel to a Manhattan owner, operator, and developer for several years and has more than 20 years of investment and operational experience, including acquisitions and management of multifamily and commercial projects in NYC through his first company Wilder Realty LLC. Mr. Lebensohn holds a J.D. from the New York Law School and practiced law in New York City for more than 12 years, during which he was actively acquiring and turning around assets in the Tri-State region. Mr. Lebensohn also serves as Co-Portfolio Manager of BH3's private investment products, where he is jointly responsible for all major decisions including investment decisions, legal strategy, and asset dispositions.

Eric Edidin - Chairman

As the Executive Chairman of BH3 Management, Mr. Edidin is responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of BH3's institutional products. Mr. Edidin was Co-Founder and, from 2006 to 2019, Co-Managing Partner of Archer Capital Management, an institutional investment partnership that deployed in-excess of $10 billion in numerous blank check companies, commercial real estate loans and equity, REITs and operating company debt and equity. At Archer Capital Management, Mr. Edidin was involved in the formation of the predecessor firm to BH3 Management and has partnered on numerous investment projects with both BH3 Management and its predecessor. Mr. Edidin also served as Co-Head of York Capital's $6+ billion credit businesses, and previously held an investment related position at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, and a restructuring advisory position at The Blackstone Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Edidin has served as a board member and credit committee member of numerous public and private companies. Additionally, Mr. Edidin served as a trustee and member of the investment committee of the Jewish Communal Fund of New York and the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. Mr. Edidin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan with Highest Distinction and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Gregory Freedman

As the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BH3, Mr. Freedman oversees Investments, Financial Analysis and Capital Markets across all BH3 transactions, and has an expertise in financial analysis, credit, and underwriting. Prior to cofounding BH3, Mr. Freedman was a principal in a private lending company based in South Florida that financed bridge loans on commercial and residential real estate, and oversaw capital markets relationships, loan/special servicing, and workouts. Mr. Freedman holds a B.S. from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Freedman also serves as Co-Portfolio Manager of BH3's private investment products, where he is jointly responsible for all major decisions including investment decisions, investment sourcing/screening, analysis, and execution.

Josh Babbitt - Chief Legal Officer

As General Counsel, Mr. Babbitt is responsible for overseeing and managing the legal affairs of the company and its operating entities, providing counsel on contract negotiation, transactions, business development, corporate governance, employee matters, compliance and privacy, and dispute resolution. Prior to joining BH3 Management, Josh was a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Sydell Group. Josh earned his Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a B.S. and M.Eng. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Financial Engineering.

Michael Neumann

As President of BH3 Realty, Michael Neumann oversees BH3's residential sales, marketing, pricing, branding, contract administration, and property management. With over 31 years of experience, he spearheads the planning and execution of the sales centers, amenities, décor, architecture, and design aspects for all the firm's residential projects. Prior to BH3, Mr. Neuman owned a sales and marketing company which carried out all the tasks he currently performs for a diverse portfolio of development clients. He is a native of South Florida, raised in Key Biscayne, and has worked on projects throughout the state including South Florida, Naples, Tampa, and Panama City. He has also worked on projects in New Orleans, Chicago, Las Vegas, as well as internationally. Mr. Neumann holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Michelle Guber - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Guber is responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing various aspects of the firm's day-to-day activities. She is also active in the sourcing, evaluating, and executing of investments as well as structuring and managing the firm's investment vehicles. Michelle Guber joined BH3 in May 2018. Prior to joining BH3, Ms. Guber was a member of the Capital Markets Group at Hines, a global real estate development firm. While at Hines, she was involved in developing and cultivating capital partnerships with institutional investors for a variety of Hines investments and development projects. She also worked in the Client & Partner Group at KKR, where she conducted capital raising and investor relations activities for the firm. Ms. Guber holds an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Natallia Kalameitsava

As Financial Controller, Ms. Kalameitsava is responsible for the accounting and finance functions at the company and portfolio level. She is also involved in asset management of the company and fund compliance. Ms. Kalameitsava joined BH3 Management in November 2018. She has over 10 years of experience as a CPA in public and private accounting prior to joining BH3 Management. She was previously with Rialto Management Group, LLC where she provided fund accounting services, with a specialization in real estate and was heavily involved in fund audits and tax compliance. Ms. Kalameitsava graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Neil Ellner

As a Vice President of Asset Management at BH3 Management, Mr. Ellner oversees the firms New York Portfolio. Mr. Ellner joined BH3 in 2014 after previously working with Windward Real Estate (a previously affiliated entity) in managing day to day operations for a large multifamily portfolio throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Ellner holds a Bachelor's of Science in Economics, from Pennsylvania State University.

Nicholas Price

As Project Manager, Mr. Price is responsible for reviewing drawings, construction schedules, job cost reports and other progress reports throughout the duration of the project. Mr. Price also assists in overseeing the construction site and field staff, monitoring contract administration and working with architects, engineers and other contractors on development construction documents. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Price was an Assistant Project Manager at the Surf Club in Surfside, FL and Resort World Miami in Miami, FL. Mr. Price attended George Mason University.

Omar Rayes - CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rayes is responsible for oversight of all finance and accounting activities for BH3 Management. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Rayes was the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Gencom, an investment firm that owns, operates, and develops prized real estate assets. In this role, Mr. Rayes supported the team in navigating the complexities of acquisitions, divestitures, financial reporting, financial due diligence, equity and debt offerings, investor/lender reporting and relations, cash management, tax compliance and strategy, technical accounting and treasury functions for Gencom's hotel investments. Additionally, he spent five years as a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their transaction services group, specializing in capital market transactions (carve outs, IPO's, divestitures, debt/equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions) for private equity clients and publicly held companies. Mr. Rayes is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Michigan and Florida. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Western Michigan University and a Master's in Accounting from Oakland University.

Reid Higgins

Mr. Higgins serves as a Fund Accountant at BH3 Management. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Higgins was a Fund Controller at Standish Management where he worked on Private Equity and Venture Capital firms quarterly and annual reporting. Previously, Mr. Higgins held a position as Senior Audit Associate at KPMG working in various industries and received his CPA certification. Mr. Higgins received his M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Houston and B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University.

Richard Pitera

As Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategy at BH3 Management, Mr. Pitera is responsible for sourcing new deals and opportunities for the Firm. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Pitera was an investment professional at Pincus Capital Management, a single-family office, where he managed a multi-asset portfolio that invested across stages and regions. Mr. Pitera previously worked as a Real Estate Analyst at the Blackstone Group and as a Hedge Fund analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Pitera holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter-Holder.

ROB SALES

Mr. Sales leads BH3's Growth Equity investing strategy. Mr. Sales originally joined the BH3 team as a Senior Advisor and Investment Committee Member of Crixus BH3 Acquisition Company in 2021, where he led the SPAC's efforts in investment sourcing and research. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Sales served as a Principal at Centerline Capital Management, an alternative asset management firm founded by Platinum Equity to make long-term, value-add investments in publicly traded middle market companies. He also spent over 11 years at Archer Capital, focused on private and public investments across the capital structure. He began his career at Houlihan Lokey, advising companies and creditors in financial restructurings, capital raising, valuations and M&A. Mr. Sales graduated from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School of Emory University with a B.S. in Finance.

Roger Rojas

Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Rojas was Project Accountant for Prime Group, working on developments such as Hilton Aventura, Playa Largo Resort, and The Daytona. Previously, he served as Senior Accountant for Titus Construction, being involved in projects such as Prive Island, Icon Las Olas, and Brickell City Center. Mr. Rojas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida International University.

Samuel Miller

Mr. Miller is an Acquisitions and Asset Management Associate at BH3 Management. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Miller was an analyst at Northwood Investors where he gained financial modeling, valuation, and analysis experience regarding multifamily, office, retail, development and mixed-use investments. Previously, Mr. Miller was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers's M&A Advisory group where he worked on transactions in a variety of industries ranging from $7M to $40B, and also received his CPA certification. He attended the University of Georgia where he received degrees in Finance and Accounting.

Vianny Sanguily

Vianny Sanguily is a degreed Architect with broad and vast experience in design, construction management and project management. Ms. Sanguily initiated her design career with Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership designing high end residential and mixed use developments. She was the Project Architect for the Las Olas Beach Club and Icon South Beach high rise projects developing the overall architectural design with the firm's principal. She expanded her experience on the construction and development side the Related Group, as Project Manager for such projects as ICON Brickell, before creating Urvan Management in 2009, and joining forces with UrvanX in 2013.

Zachary Bennett - Managing Director

As Managing Director, Mr. Bennett is responsible for originating, screening, and structuring perspective acquisitions as well as capital markets and asset management activities. While actively engaged with the firm's debt platform, Mr. Bennett's role includes sourcing non-performing loans (NPLs), negotiating programmatic bridge lending platforms as well as communicating with lenders and the brokerage community altogether. Prior to joining BH3, Mr. Bennett was a Vice President with Amerant Bank (f/k/a Mercantil Bank) where he originated commercial real estate mini-perm and construction loans for all asset types both in the South Florida and New York submarkets. Mr. Bennett holds an M.S. in Real Estate with an emphasis in Finance and Investment from New York University and a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Brandeis University.
