Basler, Garcia & Gifford Investigations, Inc., is a full service agency that has been providing investigative services to insurance carriers, attorneys and the general public since 1988. The firm, which began as Basler & Garcia Investigations, a partnership comprised of James Basler and Hector Garcia, incorporated in 1994, adding one of their long-time associates, Thomas Gifford, as a principal. Although Chief Executive Officer James Basler is the qualified manager, all three principals of the firm have been independently licensed as private investigators in California.
