Antonio J. Destito started his career with two investment firms in the Boston area before recruiting. Tony has made a name for himself in the investment recruiting world with his in-depth knowledge of the industry and his countless contacts. He has over twenty years of experience recruiting investment professionals and formerly headed up the financial services search division for Boston Networking Group, Inc.

Nicholas Cabral started his recruiting career over fifteen years ago and has significant experience working with permanent and contract financial services professionals. Nick has worked with many large financial institutions and small boutique investment managers and has become an integral part of their hiring process. Nick graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Philosophy.
