Alex earned his degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. He holds a Professional Civil Engineering license for the State of California. His experience as a structural engineer allows him to help clients create value adds to their investment properties by building additional units or ADUs.
He currently lives in Long Beach and works out of Buckingham's Long Beach office. His dream is to retire his mom and build a ground-up commercial mixed-use property using Buckingham's investment plan.

Anthony is a managing broker of Buckingham Investments. Just as Buckingham Investments has been doing for over 50 years, Anthony seeks to be a trusted advisor and assist his clients with achieving financial independence and retirement security through investing in multi-family income property. He believes that real estate wealth is not created only at the time of purchase, but well before an investment is ever made through education and planning.
Anthony is the CEO and Managing Broker of Buckingham Investments, a 60 year Southern California investment real estate brokerage. He's presided in over $1 billion in sales during his tenure and has leveraged his brokerage experience to develop an extensive portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties in one of the most challenging markets in the country. He has also been the sponsor and principal in the acquisition and sale of numerous multi-family and ground up construction syndications.
Aries Gochez is a tenacious Real Estate Agent. Raised in the South Bay, she is an expert in the area. She switched from residential to commercial to pursue her passion for helping her clients build financial wealth and security.
Being detail-oriented, well-organized, and hardworking are some of her many strengths. She speaks fluent Spanish, is a certified Transaction Coordinator, and works as a seasonal Tax Associate with H&R Block. She is a graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and trying out the local cuisine.
Ashlee Carroll was introduced to Buckingham Investments as an aspiring investor who sought fundamental understanding before beginning her investment journey. Her interest in the industry peaked after discovering online educators in the space, ultimately leading her to see the value in real estate as a vehicle to build passive income. With the personal desire to learn, plan, and invest, she pursued her salesperson license and now proudly hangs it with Buckingham.
She is a native and a lifelong resident of Long Beach, CA. Ashlee is a Long Beach Poly High Alum and also attended CSULB. She is connected to the local restaurant industry and brings to us 10 years of professional hospitality experience. This helps her execute plans with a sense of urgency and assures clients feel supported as they find the best property to fit their needs. She also assists the Buckingham team with event planning and company marketing campaigns.
Ashlee is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships, with integrity, honesty, and compassion being at the forefront of her decision-making. She plans to purchase investment properties to establish passive income, in order to enjoy more time with her friends and family.
Catarina began her journey with Buckingham subsequent to her profession in property management. This pivotal experience appointed her an introduction to the team and fueled her ambition towards achieving financial independence. Through constant commitment in educating herself, she acquired her license.

Josh was bitten by the real estate investing bug while reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2016 and constantly listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. By the end of the year, Josh and his wife had invested in their first duplex and were well on their way into the investment world.
Josh was first introduced to Buckingham as an investor at a local REIA event and quickly realized that the company's wealth generation approach was very much in-line with his own investing philosophy and goals. Josh was also drawn to the no-pressure sales approach that is very much customer service and life-long client focused as opposed to the transactional focus the majority of other brokerages employ. This fortuitous meeting upended Josh's career path for the better, as now he is helping others achieve their real estate investment goals while concurrently achieving his own.
Josh earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and currently holds a Professional Engineering license for the State of California. Living blocks from the water in Redondo Beach is a dream realized for Josh, his wife, and two young children.

Mantas Kliminskas has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and is himself a real estate investor applying Buckingham Investments' planning and investment strategies in his own life. The cornerstones of Mantas' real estate practice are: responsiveness, honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care about clients' best interests.
Marty is a founder and one of the owners of Buckingham Investments. Nina's mission at the Buckingham Investments is to guide her clients in successfully diversifying their investment portfolio in real estate to achieve long-term financial independence. Previously, while being a pediatric dentist and managing her own office, Nina started to invest in multi-family income properties by leveling up from her original single-family rental investments. Using the Buckingham Investments' strategic plan, the growth of her portfolio allowed her to take time off from her lucrative career to travel and to explore the world extensively.
As an investor, licensed Realtor, wife, and mother of two, she knows the power of multi-unit property investments for financial independence. Her passion, energy, and unwavering dedication shine through. Susan has been an active agent in the greater Long Beach area for more than 20 years. In addition, she built one of the highest volume transaction coordinating businesses during the past 11 years, again in the local area.
Now, her transaction work is almost exclusively for Buckingham Investments' agents. Susan is a proud alumnus of Boston College.
Tiger is the Buckingham Investments official mascot. Along with being Anthony's canine companion, she provides administrative assistance around the office. She can usually be found sitting in her bed doing deal analysis next to Anthony's desk.
