CHEYENNE ORTHODONTICS - Key Persons
Dr. Bird received his undergraduate degrees in microbiology and German literature, as well as a minor in chemistry from Brigham Young University. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University where he was class president during his sophomore, junior, and senior years. Upon graduation from Creighton, Dr. Bird moved to New York City for training in orthodontics from New York University. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Bird has been president of the Wyoming Association of Orthodontists and a delegate to the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. Currently, Dr. Bird is on the American Association Orthodontists National Council of Membership, Ethics and Judicial Concerns.
Dr. Bird is the orthodontist for the State of Wyoming Cleft Palate team.
Personal
Dr. Bird was raised in Oregon and moved to Casper, Wyoming before his senior year in high school. He is married to Susanna and is the proud father of six children, Abigail, Edward, Eliza, Willett, Wren and Phoebe.
Dr. Bird loves to compete in triathlons and bicycle racing, as well as coaching his children in soccer and playing ragtime music on the piano.

Allix was born and raised in Cheyenne, where she graduated from East High School. And recently graduated from the Destiny Dental Assisting Program. Allix joined the team September of 2019. She enjoys skiing, hiking and spending time with her family.
