Andrew joined our team in 2003. He also worked with us in 1994/95 after completing both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering Science from The University of Western Ontario. After completing a diploma in Automated Manufacturing Technology at Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technology, Andrew joined our team in 2007. His work revolves around land development design and CAD management.

Cyril J. Demeyere - Founder

Deren Lyle

Deren joined CJDL in 2009 before completing his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Guelph in 2011. He focuses on residential land development as well as site plans and municipal road reconstructions.

Jeff Vickers

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in sewer, watermain, and road construction since completing his C.E.T. accreditation in 1993. He specializes in road reconstruction and new subdivision projects for CJDL's clients.

Peter Penner - President

Peter joined CJDL in 1988 on a summer work term before graduating from the University of Guelph in 1991. As President, Peter ensures all projects are reviewed by senior engineers. He strives for simple, practical solutions to the challenges of municipal engineering projects.

Sue Davis

Sue joined CJDL as the team's Office Administrator in 1993 to manage all accounting and day to day operations.

Trevor McElhone

Trevor joined CJDL in 1994 after completing a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from Fanshawe College. He focuses on topographic surveying and construction layout, and supervises earth grading.
