Andrew Peskett - CEO

Andrew brings extensive experience in the retirement village and aged care industry, having previously been a senior executive at Metlifecare, a leading New Zealand retirement village operator with total assets in excess of $4 billion. After several years working in large London law firms, Andrew returned to New Zealand and joined Metlifecare in 2007, holding roles including Acting Chief Executive Officer, GM Corporate Services, Acting GM Operations and General Counsel & Company Secretary.

Anish Rosevilla

Anish has been the Facility Manager at Radius Glaisdale since February 2019 and brings with him over 11 years of experience in the nursing and aged care sector. Prior to becoming the Facility Manager, Anish worked as the Clinical Manager at Radius Glaisdale, and has had previous roles in other aged care facilities and hospitals as a registered nurse. Anish believes Glaisdale is the most heart-warming workplace in the world, as it is full of smiles. He believes that the rewards of working in aged care are huge. He looks for staff who possess compassion and respect towards the residents, and are reliable, practical and observant. When Anish is not at work, he loves going for long walks with his wife Jeedhu. He is also obsessed with all things tech-related, and spends much of his free time building computers or watching Sci-Fi movies. Anish holds a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate Certificate in Infection & Prevention Control, and is currently undergoing a Postgraduate Nursing Degree and an Aged Residential Care (ARRC) liaison program.

Ash Singh

Ash graduated in 2005 with a Diploma in General and Obstetrics Nursing from the Fiji School of Nursing. She went on to work at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital in Fiji for three and a half years in both the general and maternity wards before moving to New Zealand and specialising in aged care. Ash completed her CAP from Whitiera Polytechnic in Wellington in 2010 before joining Oceanic Healthcare. She joined Radius St Joans in 2017 as Clinical Nurse Manager before being promoted to Facility Manager. Ash describes herself as a people person and believes in evidence-based nursing and holistic care. She believes in encouraging all staff to reach their potential and gain the necessary skills to provide current best practice and specialised care and support to Radius residents and their families.

Beverly Foster

Beverley has devoted her career to aged care and has extensive leadership experience from various aged care providers including Heritage Lifecare, The Selwyn Foundation, Oceania Healthcare, and Palmerston North Hospital. Beverley loves working in aged care, as she finds the resilience and positivity of the elderly incredibly inspiring. She looks for staff that have genuine empathy for the elderly and are able to strongly advocate for them. Beverley motivates the staff to be creative, proactive and quality-minded to ensure residents have the best experience possible.

Bret Jackson has been a director of Radius Care since 2014 and has over two decades of business experience. Bret is a co-founder of Knox Investment Partners (a leading private equity manager) and has been a Managing Director of Knox Investment Partners since 2005 (focusing on deal origination, strategy and value creation). Previously Bret held corporate roles at Mobil Oil New Zealand, as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group (Sydney and London), and has founded and successfully operated his own private businesses. Bret is currently Chairman of AAM Group in Australia and is also a past President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Association of New Zealand.

Brien Cree - Chairman, Managing Director

Brien Cree has more than 30 years experience in the aged care sector and is the founding shareholder of Radius Care. Brien has also been the Managing Director of Radius Care since the company's inception in 2003. Brien has built Radius Care's portfolio from the ground up to its current 22 aged care facilities and two retirement villages. As Executive Chairman and Managing Director, Brien is focused on the execution of Radius Care's strategic growth objectives. He is a board member of the NZACA and a past board member of the Retirement Villages Association.

Coleen Aldridge

With over 30 years of experience in aged care, Colleen Aldridge brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Facility Manager. Previously she has held roles as a Team Leader, Supervisor and Care Manager at various aged care facilities in New Zealand. Colleen finds her role very rewarding because her and her team can make a real difference to the quality of care and quality of life for residents. She looks for staff that are passionate about caring for the elderly and possess all the qualities that make a great caregiver. When Colleen is not at Arran Court, she volunteers for the SPCA and the Blind Foundation for Dogs and Animals. She also loves both freshwater and sea fishing.

Craig Shipton

Craig is well known within the Tauranga community, having dedicated himself to making a difference in the local community as a member of the Police Force. Subsequently he spent 18 years in medical management, including working for Tauranga Hospital, Presbyterian Support Northern and ACC. Duncan Cook has been a director of Radius Care since 2010 and worked with Radius Care's founders to establish, structure and grow the company. Duncan has governance experience across a range of industry sectors, including fishing, exports and housing construction. He has volunteered on the boards of the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce and agencies associated with economic development in the Tauranga region. Duncan is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, Institute of Directors New Zealand (Inc) and Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association New Zealand Incorporated.

Hamish is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant and was appointed as an Independent Director of Radius Care in December 2020. Hamish has held directorships in both listed and private companies since 2010. Hamish is also currently the Chair of Evolve Education Group, East Health Services and Pharmaco and a director of Marsden Maritime Holdings, Pacific Radiology Group and Counties Power. Prior to his governance career, Hamish held senior finance positions with Heinz Wattie, Tip Top Ice Cream and DB Breweries, and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Jane Fielding

Jane Fielding is the Facility Manager and Radius Care Hampton Court. She is a registered nurse with a Masters of Nursing and has worked with the elderly in residential and community capacities for over 12 years. Jane sees working with her residents as a privilege and enjoys hearing the wealth of stories and memories the residents at Hampton Court share. She believes that respect is a must for those who work in aged care, and strives to protect the residents' dignity, as well as health and well-being, while providing high-quality care and enriching activities. With three children of her own, family is very important to Jane. It is why she also finds it important to support other families through their journeys with older loved ones. She is passionate about creating a safe and caring space for both the residents and their family members at Hampton Court.

Jane Smart was appointed Chief Operations Officer of Radius Care in February 2011 and has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and extensive experience in the aged care sector. Jane has spent most of her career in leadership and management positions. General Manager Operations Jane comes to Radius Care with 30 years of experience in healthcare. Her combination of leadership and management skills while working in the aged care sector enables Jane to work closely with the Regional and Operations managers. She shares the company's passion and drive to provide residents with the best care possible. Jane initially qualified as a Physiotherapist, however has spent most of her career in leadership and management positions. Jane has extensive experience in aged care where she strives to provide the best care possible.

Jenny Lintag

Jenny is a Registered Nurse from the Philippines. She started her nursing career in New Zealand 12 years ago. It was at this time where she found her passion for caring for the elderly. She worked as a Clinical Manager for 6 years across Auckland and Tauranga and was part of the commissioning team for one of the first retirement villages in New Zealand that offered homely hotel services where the model of care was centred on resident's choice and individuality. Jenny then moved to Christchurch and started working in the community as a District Nurse to accommodate her young family. However, throughout this time, she always knew that her heart belonged in Aged Care. So, she decided it was time to get back to her element and joined Radius at St Helenas. She enjoys getting to know residents and their families and finding ways to make their life the best it can be. She also believes that it is so important to have a happy team where they are appreciated and loved, as having a good work culture will directly impact the care we provide. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, spending time with family, hikes, cooking and reading motivational books.

John Wade

Julie Turnbull

An expert practitioner in emergency and trauma, Julie moved into aged care in 2001. In 2008, she began managing Radius Lexham Park and never looked back. Julie says she loves her job and the privilege of working with a lovely bunch of residents and families, great staff and the best provider of residential aged care in the country. She describes Lexham Park as very much a community based facility which strives to offer the best in aged care living and a warm, home away from home atmosphere. Julie's interests include home design, art, reading and enjoying her family.

Kim Harris

Kim is a Registered Nurse with many years of leadership and management experience in cancer care and aged care. Kim has a passion for working with people and believes in the importance of caring for staff so that they can successfully care for residents. Prior to joining Radius Elloughton Gardens, Kim managed Seniorcare Geraldine and their facility Waihi Lodge for 5 years. She has strong relationships with the District Health Board and other facility managers in the Canterbury region. Originally from the UK, Kim moved to New Zealand in 2004 and currently lives on a small farm outside of Geraldine with her family, cattle, chooks, and family pets. Kim was once a guitarist in a band and shares her interest in music with staff and residents.

Kristine Homewood

Kristine has a long career in nursing and aged care. She graduated from the Waikato Institute of Technology and joined Radius St Joans as a graduate nurse. Between then and now, Kristine has done agency nursing, Plunket nursing, and was a registered nurse and team lead for aged care providers the Cascades and Vision West. Kristine was the Clinical Manager at Radius Kensington prior to her role as Facility Manager. Kristine finds it a privilege to take part in the last chapter of people's life. Laurel Winwood

Laurel began her nursing career in 1985 at Northland Polytechnic graduating in 1987 and has worked in aged care since 1990. She began working for Radius Taupaki Gables in 2005, first as Clinical Manager and today as Facility Manager. Her passion is ensuring residents in her care not only have the very best health care but also an innovative recreational programme that keeps them entertained, stimulated and active - all in a sunny and welcoming family and pet friendly environment. Laurel is highly creative and enjoys all types of arts and crafts as well as spending time with her two daughters.

Mary Gardiner

Mary Gardiner is a New Zealand Chartered Accountant and was appointed as an independent director of Radius Care in December 2020. Prior to joining Radius Care, Mary's career has primarily been in financial services and she's held roles as Chief Financial Officer of Instant Finance and Radius Health Group, and Governance Risk Manager at Air New Zealand and KPMG (New Zealand, Germany and Australia). She is also an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Southern Cross Pet Insurance, Chair of Netball Northern Zone and trustee of Mangere Mountain Education Trust, an Auckland Council controlled organisation, and has also previously been Chair of Auckland Netball Centre and Badminton NZ. Mary is a member of the Institute of Directors, Fellow of Governance New Zealand.

Rachel Ruban

She has an extensive healthcare background and has previously worked in aged care, rehabilitation, nursing education, and the management of residential care facilities. According to Rachel, the most important part of her job is maintaining positive and caring relationships between the staff, residents, and their families. Prior to working in aged care, Robyn lead a successful career in hospitality, working in a range of areas including food and beverage management, as well as conference and events management. Robyn likes to focus on what people can do rather than what they can't. Sandy has over 40 years' experience in aged care, ranging from acute mental health, rehabilitation, palliative care, dementia care, and nursing. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of the residents at Radius Windsor Court by helping them find purpose, enjoyment, and peace of mind. Sandy understands that entrusting loved ones into someone else's care is daunting for families. That's why it motivates her to constantly improve how she, and the teams she manages, provide care for Radius Care's residents. Sandy's passion for looking after the elderly stems from her belief that older people too often fade into the background, when they should be reminded of the value they have and the joy they bring to others.

Sanu Sunny

She believes that compassion, empathy, and patience are vital qualities for a role in aged care, and ensures her teams are chosen accordingly. She is committed to providing professional high standards of care, while at the same time making residents feel at home. Her passion for what she does has led her to further her studies towards a master's in nursing, which she is currently completing.

Sarah Skinner

Sarah is very excited to be able to return to assisting people and their families who are living with dementia, retain feelings of self-worth and have some form of meaningful engagement. Sarah believes in the truth that teamwork makes the dream work and is excited to work with such a dedicated team of caring individuals. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Steven Heesen

Steven joined the aged care sector in 2003 and Radius Care in 2007. Trained in Europe, Steven has a business management degree. With 20 years' experience in Hospitality Management and 16 years in the Aged Care Sector, Steven heads up the Radius commercial services team. Disciplines include all property matters, procurement & hospitality.

Sue Billington

Sue Billington started her nursing career working at Whangarei Hospital. Her first aged care management position was right here at Rimu Park 23 years ago, working as a nursing tutor. It was there she developed a passion for aged care nursing and management. Sue is thrilled to return to Whangarei after seven years in the role of Facility Manager in Auckland. The birth of her granddaughter Aliya encouraged Sue's move back to her hometown of Whangarei. Sue was delighted to find some of the staff she worked with 23 years ago are still at Rimu Park. She believes her journey has come ‘full circle' and is glad to be home. Sue enjoys working alongside the fantastic team at Rimu Park, helping provide excellent care - with love and respect - to our residents and extended whānau in Rimu Park's homely environment.

Trish Evers

Vicki Hyndman

Vicki Hyndman‘s nursing career began as a high school student working as a health care assistant in a rest home. She quickly realised her passion was caring for people and went on to complete her registered nursing training. 10 years ago she returned to caring for the elderly before first becoming a hospital manager and then an auditor. However, she missed the sense of belonging to a facility and the daily contact with residents, their families, and staff, and was thrilled to return to residential care as Radius Millstream's facility manager. Vicki enjoys both the management aspects of running a facility and the hands-on time with residents and their families. She is passionate about providing excellent care individualised to each resident's needs, and creating a welcoming friendly environment. For relaxation Vicki enjoys walking, bike rides without a hill in sight, reading and her family.
