Clear Resource was founded in 2004 by Balthasar Klimbie in order to assist more people to get access to affordable local electricity. Mr Klimbie is chairman of the Small wind committee of the Dutch Wind Energy Association and vice president of the Alliance for Rural Electrification... Clear Resource want to assist you in finding the best way to use energy to achieve your goals. Electricity might give rural people the opportunity to have access to clean drinking water or to study in the evening (while enjoying a cool drink).
