COHFS is a family led 501(c)-3 not-for-profit organization that provides evidence based and culturally responsive programs and services for youth and adults. Our program offerings address widening education, criminal justice, and income gaps for individuals and communities who have been labeled "at-risk" or "in-need," but who have often been treated as a commodity or a billable service. With a presence in the community for 25 years, COHFS fosters a culture that uplifts employees and customers, who work in partnership, to create innovative solutions that close gaps in criminal justice involvement and facilitate mental well-being, financial thriving and access to a quality education.
